My gals know I’m normally a Square Pie Guys girl but had to have some pizza on my “cheat day” after my walk around Lake Merrill. I was licking my chops!!!! So yummy and DELISH, if you eat here prepared to have your socks knocked off. Now I know where to get pizza pies for my nieces and nephews for Tim’s birthday extravaganza. LOVE IT!

Best slice of cheese pizza in Oakland. Just make sure to order using the website ahead of time. But if you show up and want a slice you still have to order with the website, but let them know you’re there and you’ll get your food in a few minutes.

We had a simple pepperoni pizza and loved it. I will say if you like the brick fire-oven baked pizza this is perfect! You get a little bit of char and the crust is nice and crispy. At this time they do only take orders online.

Hands down the best pizza in the Bay! They have a ton of variety: classics like pepperoni, margarita, Hawaiian etc. but personally I go for the specialties: pear and Gorgonzola, roasted pepper and sausage (which is spicy and sweet), and my all-time favorite: burrata, pistachio, fig, and arugula. They also have “Detroit style pizza” which I had never had before but it’s almost like a deep dish except more sophisticated and more cheese! The owner is really passionate about getting the flavor right and it shows.

Some of the best pizza you can get in Oakland, if not the whole Bay Area! I’m from the Midwest and finding a good pizza place has been a struggle for the last 7 years. This place does not disappoint. A common problem from other pizza places in the bay is that they are overly greasy or too cheesy or skimp out on toppings and just have bad crust. Leaning Tower gets high a grade on all these points. Highly recommend.
