I work nights and it kept me alert, no yawning, no drowsy feeling. Different than those carbonated energy drinks out there. No sugar in mine, naturally sweet. No jitters. My whole family has been here a few times and we are never disappointed, the teas are amazing, never had one that we didn’t like, the shakes are pretty good too and filling. The inside is very clean and welcoming, owners are very sweet , kind and know their stuff about herbal life products.
