This was giving what I thought I would receive. I love hog mawl, but the plate had no addition flavor. I don’t like carrots and green onions and things I would get more flavor but that was a no. I cannot remember the name of the side is a root vegetable for when I was told. It is very similar in texture to a potato but not. I did like it though. My lunch buddy said his steak was very tender he cut it with a fork and he enjoyed it.

Authentic Puerto Rican food was cooked to order; hot, fresh, and plentiful. Prices are a rather high but the amount of food you get takes some of the sting out. All of the food was delicious. I look forward to trying other dishes in the future.

It may be the best Puerto Rican food I’ve had… definitely a hidden gem in Ocean Springs! Don’t be fooled by the look or location. Mofongo is a must. Salsa criolla is delicious. Churrasco was so tasty. I wish I could take some alcapurrias back to Miami!!! It’s only about 20-25 min from Kessler Air Force base.

So exciting to have a new choice in Ocean Springs! The Carne Fritas are delicious. The mofungo is authentic as you can get, so good. I had the Chicharrone de pollo it was quite tasty. I did swipe some carne Fritas from my husband’s plate. The portion size is huge. This is a little place and they cooking to order so plan to wait it will be worth it.

This was so awesome! The food was like being on the island. But, I think the mofongo was better than any I had in PR. So most and delicious. Every dish is cooked to order, so you have to be patient if the lines are long. I promise it’s worth the wait.
