I’m surprised it’s rated so high. I moved out of Livonia 13 years ago to SC. I always look forward to my favorite coney place but it was closed for the week of the 4th. Leads was rated higher which I found hard to believe. I order 2 coney specials and they served me 2 regular coney. How do you make that mistake and as a sever how do you not catch it? They were good and the Greek salad was ok. The tomatoes on the Greek were mush. My wife order a club and tasted as if they used stale bread and toasted it. Also the tomates used on her sandwhich were mushy as well.The drinks hardly had any ice and when asked for more it was like pulling teeth. Perhaps there ice maker is down.

I went online and seen the good reviews and decided to have me and my coworker dine in today. My coworker and I ordered the 3 meat skillet and my other coworker ordered the breakfast special. When or plates arrived my co worker who ordered the same 3 meat skillet had all the meat on her plate leaving me a spoon full spreaded through out the hash browns. I asked the waitress if they can put some meat on the s plate and she said that’s the serving.Thats when I told her to look at my coworker plate she saw the difference so she took the plate back but the cook refused to fix the problem. I ended up having to leave my coworkers and find another coney island. Iam really disappointed and I will not be returning.

The best hidden gem in Livonia! Excellent food, great prices. Eat here 2-3 times a week. Its bad when the owner knows you by first name basis. Highly recommend for breakfast or lunch .
