Ordered a veggie pizza for dinner. First look at it, and I knew something looked off. But it is Ledo’s… what could go wrong. Unfortunately, this is the worst pizza we have had in a while. The dough was uncooked, there was barely any sauce or cheese on the pizza and it tasted really weird. I can say this wasn’t made today…..not returning to this location again.

We don’t eat here often, so it’s hard to know if our experience is common or not. We ordered two small pizzas and an order of buffalo wings this evening (12 August 2022). The pizza was good. The wings were very strange. A soft, mushy, kind of like biting into solid fat, texture is not normal for chicken wings. I tried calling the restaurant to notify the manager. I really didn’t want any compensation or anything, I just thought they would appreciate knowing that their wings are super weird and mushy for some reason. I talked to the manager and he literally couldn’t care less. He didn’t even act like he understood that I was telling him there was something very off with his wings. Literally, he responded like I was telling him my favorite color is blue. Hopefully no one gets sick. Thanks Ledo, but it will be a long time before we ever try again.

We ordered two large pizzas for dinner and the dough was flat, doughy and chewy. I called to let the manager know and he could have cared less. He thanked me for letting him know after I told him that we were going to be throwing the pizzas away. I would expect a lot more from Ledo pizza and it will be a long time, if ever, that we come back. I am very disappointed in their quality of food and their customer service. This is pretty sad since we have been longtime customers of Ledo pizza in Maryland and in Virginia.

We were in the area for a youth sports game. One of the team parents contacted them and they were happy to accommodate our large group of 30+. Several of us ordered online and they had food ready for us when we arrived. The family deals amazing and the pizza was great. Super great service for a last minute large group.
