Order 2 pizza with extra cheese on both and another topping on each and they put absolutely no cheese on a large portion of each pizza. Pizza also has toppings that were not even ordered on parts of it. Just sloppy. Pineapple on an extra cheese and onion pizza. Pizza was cooked regular and even the sauce burned because no cheese was on pizzas. The top was hard dried burned sauce and the bottom soft. WOW, We order pizza often and this was a big Christmas Eve letdown for my family. Never again.

It’s a lot out dated the pizza was fresh and hot but I will never order from that location again. They people working there gave me the creeps and it seemed as they lived in the shop. The door has a lock box r for the real estate agent also the walls were dirty. They lady who help me she had this book that she had to fill out every time she made a sell something was going on and I felt very uncomfortable?? Udate: Someone new has taking over and updated the place pizza makes you feel more comfortable and is still good.

This Place is usually pretty solid but my ledo stromboli was not cooked thoroughly this time. Cold in the center and cheese not melted. I’ve just recently started going here again so after more visits with no issues I’ll update my review. I placed a call to the store to let them know about and correct the issue but I was already home and didn’t feel like going back out again. Pretty disappointed I could only pick around the edges.

I ordered ahead to pick up my food at 12:15, but I don’t think they even started making my food until 12:20. Every time I asked when it would be done, I was told 2 minutes. The food didn’t come out until 12:45. The Buffalo Calzone was smaller and more poorly made than the ones at the nearby Vista Gardens Ledo. The woman working the register seemed to take a couple minute break between every task and completely forgot a customer call she put on hold. This was my first and last time at this location.

2nd time ordering a pizza from this location. First time was fine. Ordered a medium pizza yesterday, half pepperoni, light on the sauce and other half was plain. My mistake for not checking the pizza before I left the shop. When I opened the box at home, the top was completely burnt. Pepperoni was curled up and the pizza has a burnt taste. Could not eat it and threw it away. I should have called and complained it I didn’t think it would do any good.

Normally a good experience but this time not so much. I ordered a chicken parmesan sub and what I received was a cut up grilled sub. Now, I should have checked before leaving but never had this issue before. I did call but of course no answer so I just took it as a loss. Thats the reason for the 3 star rating.
