My order was late but the pleasant atmosphere from the nice lady at the front made it better. The pizza was excellent and filled with flavor. They forgot my wings, I was eating my pizza and she brought me a plate and a cup of water. Appreciate the customer service!

Being a maryland native, I love my Ledo Pizza! This location is closest to our place, and never disappoints. Recently placed an order and the person taking the order didn’t note it down correctly. The manager was quick to correct the pizza for us, offered us the first pie to take home as well as some complimentary dessert and soda. That sort of customer service is commendable! 10/10 this location.

We are staying in town and the first night we ordered a hot honey Stromboli. It was so good! We ordered again before we went out of town and this them they didn’t put any hot honey on it.. even though I ordered it with it. It’s ok without it but I’m bummed that it’s not what I ordered. Make sure you check your orders when picking up.

When my dinner guests heard we were ordering Ledo’s, they were ecstatic; they were not disappointed. This is a unique pizza that deserves all its accolades. I think my order got confused, as I ordered 2 pizzas online, only one was ready when I got there and it took about 15 minutes to get the second one, which is about how long it takes to make a pizza. No worries. Everyone could not have been nicer. When I commented that my first pizza could be getting cold, they popped it in the warmer for me. I almost didn’t bring that up, as mistakes can happen anywhere, but I chose to mention it to show how the staff at Ledo’s in Laurel made it right. We’ll be back. It’s only a question of when.

The food is always good. This location has sweet peppers (pickled) as a topping but, for some reason they do not permit it in a calzone. Since COVID you order at the counter and they deliver it to your table. I am unsure if I should tip for this sort of service. Beer and wine is available.

1st time I order a pizza here. I ordered a gluten-free pizza pay 10.59 for an 8inch that looks like 6inch and it tastes raw I felt something dense I pick up the cheese and all the pizza its complete raw the best part was when the manager tells me… it is not raw I make weekly mass and gluten-free bread i know it is supposed to be the only reason why I ordered it was my birthday and I did not want to cook in my day thanks for such a wonderful service

Today I walked in to pickup my online order. Jasmine was at the register. I told her my name. I guess it was too ethnic for her to pronounce. So she says to the guy behind her “you take it” and walked away. Very rude and unprofessional and if she doesn’t want to learn how to say the names of black people she shouldn’t work in a predominantly black area.

Good Ledos Pizza location. Ledos is a pizza unique to the Washington area. It has a flaky, buttery almost pie like crust, sweet sauce, and a blend of mozzarella and provolone cheeses. Served on lunch trays. A large pizza serves 4 to 6 diners.
