The cashier Rosa at the Marlow Heights location is so rude. Today was my second time experiencing her rude and unprofessional demeanor. I placed an online order and called bc i had questions and she was very rude and even hung up the phone while I was in the middle of a question. I have be been to this location tons of times and never had an issue with customer service until this lady. The time before she was just rude for no reason nothing happened for her to be rude. She was just rude. Everyone else at the location are nice and friendly except this girl.

I’ve been to this location many times, and they have never let me down. I don’t understand why the dining room is always empty, but they are always staffed. Even better, they follow instructions!!! I’ve never tried any other food than the pizza. Love it!!!

Our first time (and probably last time) ordering from Ledo’s. We ordered the family special (18″ two-topping pizza, 1/2 pound of wings, and cheesy garlic bread). Almost $40 dollars with tax. The food was cold and we had to reheat it when we got home, which is just behind the shopping center. And the 1/2 pound of “wings” is 7 boneless chicken bites. The pizza and bread were okay at best. Definitely won’t be returning anytime soon, I’ll stick with Domino’s.

This is my 1st time ordering a Bavarian Pretzel with light salt. When I tell you this Pretzel was huge and look delicious , it was. The Pretzel had a light crunch and was soft inside. The staff was very friendly, I would definitely order this Pretzel again. @28screwsinmyback on TikTok

Marlow Heights location- The pizza was good but the chicken wings were some slop and will never again buy their chicken wings. You have to do better… no TLC in the wings and the taste shows it. I had thrown the receipt away but grabbed it to show I purchased their buffalo wings. As an x Merchant Seaman cook, I can tell slop from TLC food. My boss(wife) picked up the food for our supper.

The place is well cleaned. Our server looked uncomfortable taking our order especially since we just ordered water. We got an 18” pizza and he we nice enough to put half of it in a box for us. He refilled our drinks promptly and made sure our food was good. The bathroom looked a little outdated but clean and that’s all that matters.
