The manager was rude and wearing unprofessional and not appropriate attire to work at this place he was wearing sandals and not gloves which makes it unsanitary, then he literally screamed at me and argue for like 20 mins just because my kids needed cups to drink soda as we purchase a 2 liter and he was screaming saying that he would loose money if he gave me the 3 cups I was asking for. I’m glad the cashier was there and provided the cups to us. Shout out to her because they need more employees like her. I could have paid the $3 per cup but the fact that I spent $60 and all I asked for was 3 cups to drink a 2 liter soda, not acceptable. The way the manager approached me it was not the best way to handle the situation. I’m very disappointed about the service at this location as I have been a fan and a loyal customer for over 15 years.

This was our second time ordering from Ledo’s this year. We liked our first try and came back for more. The pizza is thin crust and has plenty of toppings. The crust was a little floury this time but still good enough to eat. These 2 pizzas we ordered had plenty of flavor; one was white with chicken and the other red with pepperoni. The pieces are cut really small compared to what I’m used to, but that is fine. We also added some chicken wings to the order and were not pleased with the chicken nuggets that were served, guess I should have read the fine print. All in all it was not the worst, but far from the best.

This place has definitely went downhill. I called to place an order, the lady who answered wasn’t even aware of her current specials. I then get to the restaurant and my order was wrong. I reordered and it still came out wrong. I told her she wanted she could just have the cook add the pepperoni on top and run it quickly through the oven, she told me no they will cook the pepperoni on top of the stove and then placed it on the pizza. I said OK. I got my pizza went home and could not even eat it because the pepperoni was burnt and extra crispy. The wings that I ordered were supposed to be hot and honey, they only had honey on them. Customer service is at his all-time lowest. If she would put down the phone and pay attention to what she was doing, she would have more happy customers. I will not be returning.

I have been to several Ledo’s Pizza locations and I have NEVER been disappointed. Absolutely delicious. This location was clean, the staff was friendly, the location was convenient to the beltway and my order came out in a timely manner. I will definitely revisit and try other things on the menu. Ps, we got a 1/2 & 1/2 pizza: half veggie lovers & half deluxe, 18″ w/30 slices, total $33.33. Enough for leftovers. No cooking. I am a happy camper

So I used to really love this location but my last few times I have had problems with my order smh. How hard is it to make a SMALL PIZZA WITH NO CHEESE AND ADD PEPPERONI?!?!?! And then this particular time I wanted a small fry with old bay seasoning. I got cold food, pizza wasn’t made on time so i had to wait an additional 15mins ON TOP of the 35mins i already waited, and all yall gave me was a free soda! I really should’ve asked for my money back. But it’s ok I won’t be back at this location for a while!!! Yall gotta do better!

Since moving to NYC from the Maryland/DC area I truly miss Ledo’s! There isn’t anything like it and they need to bring one to NYC and shut it down up here…please! :). But for now, I always make it a point to get a pizza whenever I come back down to visit…you should too

A calzone and kids spaghetti with one garlic bread took 50 mins to get ready although it was slow. I paid for green peppers to be added to my spaghetti(that was never put into the spaghetti). I also ordered a calzone and when I cut into it, there was no sauce. A Stromboli has no sauce not the calzone. Even on the receipt it clearly showed I ordered a calzone. The cashier wasn’t rude, but she clearly wasn’t trained the way she should have been. The way she answered the phone wasn’t that inviting and she was dressed unprofessionally(wearing a bonnet, wasn’t wearing the regular Ledo Pizza uniform, and had an AirPod in). She took my order correctly so I can’t fault her on that but whoever cooks the food wasnt attentive at all. Maybe it’s the managements fault and they need more/new employees. The bottom line is they need to do better. I definitely wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.
