I paid 24 dollars for 18’ pizza and I think it was worth it. The sauce that is used is great and better than most places but the pizza came out kinda soft and not well done. The crust didn’t have a crunch to it and I would have benefited if it was in the oven for an extra 5 mins. Besides that it’s good first time here

I am all for giving restaurants a second chance, but this was your second strike Ledo in Montgomery Village. Your motto of not cutting corners must not apply to how you bake a pizza based on request. When someone asks for it well done, don’t tell me your the manager and you helped insure the pizza was well done. How can the bottom of the crust be doughy. The first time you burnt the pizza so much we had to bring it back to be replaced. This time you gave my money back and hopefully you threw it in the trash. As a over 10 year loyal customer at this location, perhaps hire people who care like you used to as clearly upholding the quality Ledo name isn’t in your deck of cards anymore. I would expect this from Little Caesars at $5 you get what you pay for, but for $14 why should I have to waste $6 more in gas and have my 80 year old have no dinner while I was busy in business meetings. Never again! Thanks for the refund, we took our business to a Ledos location who actually cared after hearing our story and offered $5 off the pizza and a coupon free appetizer next trip. How hard would that have been?? Glad to give my hundreds a month to another location that actually prepares what you ask for and doesn’t waste gas money and time to come remake a pizza that for the second time has been worthless and inedible.

The toasted ravioli was tasty, pretty spicy, but I like spice. The wings were good, the cheese bacon fries could have been better… the cheese was melted in one big hard chunk, so it lifted right off of the fries, wasn’t gooey at all after 4 min on the table. The pizza…I didn’t even take a picture because I was so upset. So watery and the toppings just fell off, we dined in, the waitress, April, was nice… refilled my husbands drink, but never offered for mine. The cheesecake was yummy.

If rating based on soup, 2 stars. If rating based on pizza, 3 stars. If rating based on sandwiches, 4 stars. Oh and 4.5 for the salads because they are Godzilla sized! But for a pizza joint the pizza is marginal. Maybe it was just the ingredients I got but I felt it was rather bland. Oh! The service was wonderful though!! We had the sweetest lady!

I’ve always loved Ledos pizza. My visit to the Montgomery Village location was excellent. The pizza was FANTASTIC, as usual! The service was great. The atmosphere at this location is low-key, as it’s a rather quiet area and not a large Ledos location. There were plenty of tables available, though. It is particularly family-friendly and the Proprietors are super-nice! If you haven’t tried Ledos Pizza I highly recommend it. They specialize in a thin crust pizza featuring a “pastry crust” style pizza that is bursting with delicious flavor!

Try to place order on phone was placed on hold. As i drove to store i waited to place my order. I got to the store and walked in still on hold. I looked around wasnt busy at all. Looked in the back of the kitchen to see how many orders there were because i work in a kitchen myself. 3 order thats it. Is this nornal. Leave people on hold and not return. Told girl who took my order i was still on hold. She didnt seem to care then told me my order would be 25 min. When i came back 15 min later was done. Wow what great service. Was upset but i am sure i will be back. Hopeful they will serm like they care.
