On Friday evening we dined in Clarksville Ledos. My granddaughter received her pizza within 10 minutes. My husband ordered lasagna and he received his food 30 minutes after ordering. My order came 45 minutes after ordering. I told waitress to box it. All three orders came separate. Waitress kept saying they were busy. No joke. I will never eat in the restaurant again. TERRIBLE service!”

Ledos is my favorite pizza brand. Clarksville is my go to location. Take out desk is always top notch. Dine in can get lost with an evening carry out rush, but they are always friendly.

I am going to mark this date on my calendar. Ramsey, served me the best Ledo’s Pizza I have eaten tonight. I am a UMD grad, who l visited the original Ledo’s numerous times. But my sausage, onion, extra sauce large pie with baked perfectly, and tasted excellent. Thanks Ramsey! Coach, give him a raise. He was the best!

On Memorial Day – in Clarksville location there was only ONE server!!! He handled phone calls, taking orders from inside/outside customers, folded boxes, ran in back to kitchen and made my salad (which was very BLAND!). Salad (toss) had lettuce, TEN cherry tomatoes and 3 LARGE Spanish onions, few green peppers – NO carrots! I ordered a personal sized pizza (mushrooms/pepperoni/sausage) – which was served BURNT!! The pizza was overcooked – the tops of the mushrooms, pepperoni and sausage were black and dry tasting!! I put some of my mozzarella marinara sauce on the pizza to give it some FLAVOR! Also, I initially ordered the fried ravioli; but it was too spicy and cold. Thank God for the marinara sauce! Also, one more thing – it is NOT fair to hike up the A/C in the dining area; in order for the kitchen help to be comfortable! I was FREEZING! I will no longer order from this location – I will go to Olney. . P.S. – manager should be fired for not having sufficient coverage in this establishment – not fair to the customers!
