We visited Ledos yesterday, it was a regular experience for a pizza place. We ordered, pizza and cesar salad w/chicken. Pizza was okay, I like the fact the crust is thin, I didn’t like much the tomato sauce as it’s sweet , not my favorite.

I ordered carryout and was waiting outside because I was a bit early for pick up and one of the servers actually came outside to give me the pizza because she saw me waiting. That was so kind of her! I haven’t had Ledos pizza in almost a decade and this was my first time back to visit and the pizza and sauce were still one of a kind and the service was even better. 10/10

Stopped by to grab a bite to take home but then my son asked to dine in. Great waitress, she always gives great service with a smile. This Ledos location never fails to deliver great food in a clean warm friendly and relaxing environment. Never crowded. We even do homework here sometimes. This fried chicken salad gives me life!!

I am very happy that Ledo opened a restaurant in Ellicott City. The food is great and its a pleasant dining room. The servers are nice but it’s difficult to get their attention sometimes. I dine alone and in off hours so this may be a factor, but the service is much better in the Columbia location.

I’ve never eaten here, but I had someone steal my card information and order food from here on Sunday. I called while the charge was still pending, there was apparently no manager working for me to speak to, but the person I did talk to took my information and said a manager would call me back tomorrow (Monday). So I called them back on Monday, now the charge had gone through, and again was told there is no manager working until tomorrow (Tuesday). What kind of place doesn’t have a manager for at least two days?

Good go-to restaurant for pizza, subs, wings and good specialty dishes. Excellent assortment of hand-helds as well. Unique excellent house dressing and unique pizza sauce (they do a very good GF pizza as well) and it’s a place you can go to multiple times and have a good variety. The waiter and waitress accommodations are always very friendly and professional. It’s a good, solid place to go to for lunch or dinner.

I haven’t had Ledo Pizza since I was a kid but now I understand why kids enjoy it. The pizza is easy to eat & you just can’t stop. The pizza was piping hot. The cheese is incredible. It’s so tasty. The tomato sauce has a slight sweetness. I got jalapeños & they were so generous with it. I ordered an 18 inch 1 topping pizza & fries & the order took maybe 30-35 minutes but it’s probably because it’s fresh. My only suggestion is to add other size portions for fries. My fries portion was too small. The photos were taken half way eaten.

Unfortunately I had to change my review after today’s experience. I have always liked the food but today the online ordering was terrible. It did not take my billing address for any of the cards I usually use. Then I called to confirm my order was in their system or I would just order over the phone. Yes the order is in. When we arrived the order was never put in I was assured my payment went through so we waited 40 more minutes and we were offered drinks but we were just sitting in the car hungry wanting to go home. I get this is Saturday during a pandemic but there is still many other places to go that have more efficient pickup process. This leaves a lot of room for improvement. P.s. the pizza was great eventually!

Ledos is a favorite of ours. This ledos has a nice atmosphere with large tv’s in bar area. (Also has separate dining area) l Friendly service and plentiful options for the whole family and adults can have a cold beer or craft beer options as well.
