This aas our first time in, Will was our server and he was amazing, super attentive and helpful with menu choices. He also bever let me drink empty and I really appreciate that. The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. We also really liked that the menu included gluten free items which is important for us. We will most definitely be back.

My goodness I was so disappointed. I live 5mins from this Ledos and use to love it. But I will never use it again. It appears to be ran by young teens who can’t get your order correct if you’re ordering over the phone and then ask you to pay before you see what you’re paying for which in the PAST was OK to do. I have played 2 orders this weekend via phone and when I arrive each separate time my orders were incorrect. I understand that they’re teens but perhaps they need additional training.

Excellent as always, Ledos in Riverbend Way in Frederick. They are consistent and super friendly. They also now offer online ordering, but hot honey pepperoni wasn’t an option, so we had to call. Great place!

Not our favorite in the Ledo’s chain. Staff was very young (cell phones out 100% of the time) and inattentive. Atmosphere was a step above a hospital cafeteria. Even the outside signage was beyond generic to the point we didn’t know if it was an actual Ledo’s. Won’t be back to this one.

Having lunch at home with my children. Pizza was great chicken fingers were a little doughy but good more flour than meat.. prices are about normal maybe a little high but worth it. Would recommend to all.

Would give ZERO stars if possible. Walked in today, grabbed a menu and said “we’re ordering out”. Sat on STICKY bench to decide then went to counter to order. Guy said “here or to go”. I repeated “to go”. If we were eating in we would have sat at a table. Ordered a 14″ pizza but ended up with a LARGE. Asked for cooked bacon and it was raw. Woman said “that’s standard”. Grease all over. Guy at counter did NOT listen at all. Had to repeat everything 2 -3 times. Told them I was not happy and would not be coming back. Terrible place.
