I ordered a large pizza for carry out and the price online showed $23.98. When I went to pick it up the cashier told me the price was $32.98. I asked him where the $9 difference came from and all he said was “that’s what it’s ringing up as” I showed him the online price on my phone AND the price on the handout menus as well as the giant menu behind him. They all showed $23.98. He just kept saying “this is what it’s ringing up as”. When I asked him if he was going to honor the advertised price he refused. I asked if he had the ability to honor the price, he said yes but refused. (I was respectful throughout this process and was simply showing him that’s not the price)

I’ve been to this ledos a couple times now, the pizza doesn’t taste like ledos pizza, it doesn’t have the ledo taste in fact the last time we had pizza there the sauce tasted like bbq sauce. The crust is very thin and mostly over cooked.

Normally don’t leave reviews, but I have been coming to this ledo’s every few months or so since I moved to the area. My last visit was only a short wait for my food, but I have noticed a significant increase in the level of service this location delivers over my last couple of visits. Employees are smiling, prompt, polite, and engaging. Working in hospitality myself, it is good to see that not all places have lost their touch since the pandemic, although most have, but this LEDOS location has a team of customer service champions, and I hope management is aware of the quality workers they have. Always reliable and easy! We order at least once a week in the summer and delivery is always quick, food blazing hot. I get one large cheese/1/2 pepperoni for kids and a fancy individual spicy veggie white pizza just for me! Thanks, Ledo!

Ledo’s Pizza is frick’n awesome. I spent most of my life in Maryland, until moving to the West Coast 10 years ago. I grew up on their house salad, peperoni pizza, and subs. Anytime I get back to the east coast I always place an order. Flight was canceled, late night this past week sitting in Crystal City – best part of my day was my Ledo’s order. Ordered online, delivered to my hotel. – AWESOME!

I’m torn to give this a 2 or 3 star rating. I love pizza and in all of my almost 50 years have never picked up a pizza and drive 6 mins to the house and have it ice cold(especially when I was told that it was remade) as well as the wings.
