I frequently visit this establishment and are familiar with the employees. I would have to say that the employees are always welcoming, and since I always order the quart size meals, they are great at making a fresh batch for us. When they had a shortage of food, they replaced their noodles with different kind of noodles. I realized this when I got home. I contacted the franchise, and they explained the situation. They were very understanding and kind. From restaurant to upper management, Leeann Chin has had great customer service.

Overall, it’s a 2 star. The food is okay, and the service can use improvement. I have been there a few times, and I always had to wait for food to be made. The wIting would not be a problem if the food was made correctly. The few times I went to this particular location, it was always a waiting game, and the meat, along with the tofu, was always made dry. Make better improvements on the product’s especially when customers are waiting.

Sweet and sour chicken was not the normal batter fried small pieces of chicken. It was 1/2 of a chicken breast. The sweet and sour sauce was very bitter. There was another applesauce type sauce that was worse. The noodles also had a bad taste to them.

This has got to be one of our favorite Leeann chin restaurants to go to. The people working are always friendly and the space is always clean. I love the colors on the walls and how warm and inviting it is to dine in. When we are unsure of what we are wanting to order, they are always patience and happily give us a sample of whatever we are wondering about.
