We just went in and ate at this location and noticed some disturbing things. The floors, drink station, and food trays were all visibly sticky and dirty. More concerning: the two people behind the counter were casually chatting & eating food off the line before, during, and after serving food to customers. Unfortunately, they did not wash their hands between putting food in their mouths and touching the food & utensils on the line & touching the register. The bathroom was also out of soap and when we politely informed the same staff, they shrugged it off and continued to hang out and snack on the food & serve customers behind the counter for the entire 20 mins we ate there, again, without washing their hands once. I guess this location is not really big on hand washing. We were really grossed out :/

Asked for noodles and kung Pao beef and this is all I got. Not even a piece of beef. Just a bunch of celery. Not worth my $8. Soooo disappointed!!! I even tip them $1.25 not knowing what I got on my bowl

i ordered the combo meal with noodles & orange chicken, which was very good. i also got some cream cheese puffs which i was very excited for but they were stale it’s okay, i know the lunch rush happens and you forget but i was really looking forward to those. other than that the staff was 10/10 and very friendly. they even gave me a free drink because i work over at the valvoline thanks guys.

My son and I went here yesterday and the food was probably the worst it’s ever been. The fried rice wasn’t fully cooked. The rice was still hard and the mushrooms were still white in the middle. The chicken was barely warm. The cream cheese wontons were chewy. We drove 20 minutes to eat here and left disappointed.

ETA — went back a few weeks later after a conversation with the business. It looks like they got new trays, as there was no sticky issue this time, nor was the floor sticky. The food looked MUCH fresher, like they were no longer letting little bits of it sit under the hot lights, but keeping it filled with fresh food. However, at 4:00pm on a weekend, with only one other couple in the place, and several employees working, all five of the booths and the table closest to the patio were uncleaned and dirty. I didn’t check the rest of the tables closer to the center, I just ate outside.
