The sesame chicken on hand looked dry and old so we asked to wait for a fresh batch but the guy serving was resistant. I’ve never had any issue asking for a fresh food but he kept insisting the food was pretty fresh and there was plenty already available. The food was clearly very old and anyone who has eaten here before knows it’s not good when old. No apology or anything when we asked politely again. Just bluntly rejected so me and my friend left without ordering.

The lady helping us was very rude. When I asked if the combo meals come with a drink she rolled her eyes at me and snapped her lips when saying “no”. Then got an even bigger attitude when I said I had more then one meal to order. She also forgot my child’s food I had to go back to ask for it. The food was old and she asked if we would be okay waiting for new food and we were but she still gave us the old food after the new food was done. To top it off the veggies were tough and taste old and the meat is under cooked….definitely not going back to this location.

Diana is absolutely amazing. I travel for work from Rochester to Burnsville and because of her I usually end up going here for lunch. It’s never a bother if they need to make something they are out of. The manager is very nice as well. Couldn’t recommend the place any higher!

Walked in to two ladies working. One walks away and the other ignores my mother and I. We then ask for our pickup order and then get handed a completely melted bag. Woman’s attitude was horrible and she didn’t even give us all of our food and drinks

NOT allergy friendly, for Shellfish Allergy. Used to be safe to eat from before only 2 shrimp dishes (out of 15 I believe) has ruined it for a lot of people. Its very unfortunate that they dont set it up so you could still support their establishment if you have a shellfish allergy, which is a VERY common allergy. It would be so easy to have a guideline in place for ALL leann chins to dedicate 1 wok and set of utensils to the 2 shrimp dishes.

Two stars because they were pretty friendly. Ordered noodles and 2 chicken items. Noodles were ok but the chicken was cold and mushy. Leeann would be so disappointed. At 1:30 it should be fresher. I rarely write reviews. Only when it’s very good or very bad.

Driver would get 5 stars, the person who answered the phone was very rude. I asked for a receipt when I ordered, as I was ordering for a business lunch( not that its anyones business) and I didnt get it. Then when I called to ask for one I was rudely asked if I needed it because something was missing, and When I told the young woman I needed it for business purposes, she said”well, you can come and pick it up.” Very rudely. Last time I will order from this establishment.

This location was not a good experience. Ordered a kids meal, I like the smaller portion. My 2 girls also ordered their usual kids meals. My girls meals were more than mine. An adult can’t order kids meal??? And they forgot to give my wife appetizer sauce. Manager did not correct the issue when I talked to her about my dissatisfaction, will not be going to this location again. I will not recommend this location.
