I placed an order for pickup at 11:30am hoping to get some fresh Chinese food. Unfortunately I got yesterdays left overs and the food was dry, Luke warm, and extremely bland. I had to throw it away and wasted $20 of my hard earned money. Will no longer eat at this location. You could at least mix yesterdays chicken and rice with some of fresh chicken and rice then it might not be so disgusting.

Server sprinkled plate with rice. Few pieces of entree chicken. And said $12.95. Literally 2/3 of the plate wasn’t covered. Rice was literally 2 spoonfuls scattered on the plate. The young lady working did not give a care. She didn’t greet, say anything but the price. Poor customer service, 20 mins before close. No one in store. It’s like she didn’t even want me to make a purchase. I got my refund and walked out. Never going there again.

Good food. Already come to this place for Chinese food. Love the rewards program as it’s always rewarding! Employees are friendly and are always polite. I am soo happy the dining room is now open so I can enjoy my food in an awesome environment. The dining room is clean and always kept up. It’s always good to watch tv while eating Chinese food!! Had dinner here this evening, ordered the coconut Thai curry chicken, and the inside of my chicken was RAW! Not undercooked, RAW!! I had called the store and asked to speak to the manager and all they said was “I am so sorry! Come back tomorrow” The damage has already been done, I had already eaten a decent amount of that chicken… why would I want to come back tomorrow? Never eating here again.

Stopped in tonight to pick up a quick dinner for 2. All of the food selections were full and looked fresh. The problem was that I couldn’t get anyone to help me. There looked to be 2 ladies working the front and 1 cook. There was one table of 2 sitting in the restaurant and one gentleman waiting to pick up a Doordash order. I was the only one waiting to order. Neither of the 2 ladies were anywhere to be found so I asked the cook if there was anyone who could help me. Eventually one of the ladies came out front and was not happy that she had been asked to do her job. There was quite a line forming behind me and the worker skipped over me to help the next guy in line. When he stated that I was here first, she said that she had already started his order and I would have to wait. Both he and I were very uncomfortable with the situation. She flat out refused to acknowledge me so I left. I know times are tough right now as far as finding and retaining employees, but this gal is not doing your business any favors!

The food was old and cold. I got a very small portion of old sesame chicken, because it was the last in the pan. It must have been sitting there for a VERY LONG time. It was gross! Also had to ask for a bag, fortune cookie everything. Bad!!!

I love Leeann Chins but my order today was very disappointing. A. Kids lemon chicken had no sauce so was dry and chicken had black parts on the crust. The potstickers were mush to the point of disintegration. Finally as they forgot the sauces I had to create something to make my dinner palatable. The fried rice was good.
