Ja’bryce, one of the employees there was such a breath of fresh air. I haven’t been at Leanne in a long time and kind of forgot what to get. She helped me and assisted me as best as she could. Got my food fast and everything was avaliable. Shrimp is sooo good!! Will be back!!

7/31, Stopped in for a beef entree, and pint of Mongolia chicken. the chicken was alright, portion was very little on fried rice and noodles. the beef/broccoli was horrible. the broccoli sour tasting, assuming it sat out too long and they never bothered to make fresh food.

The most disgusting Leeann Chin I’ve ever tasted. Not only did the food smell “off”, it’d far from my first experience with Leeann. the noodles were unflavored, the texture of the veggies were as if they were refrigerated and microwaved. Rubbery broccoli and crunch stale carrots, and to top it off, found hair in my food.

The restaurant was very clean and all the options were fresh and hot. We were helped by the general manager and he was friendly and joked with us. Excellent customer service and we will be back to this location as others we have been to have not had this level of freshness or service.

Food was cold when received. Only partial order received. Not the fault of door dash driver but actually was not put with order from the restaurant. Called the restaurant to ask for the part that was missing. They asked us to come to store to pick item up. I’m sorry but we are truck drivers. If I was able to drive my truck over there I would have done that to begin with. They just kept saying im sorry without offering a solution. $80.00 wasted. Never ordering here or at any other Leeann chins again. Oh and portion size is ridiculous for the price. $14 for a pint of food. What a waste.

Just relaying an experience I had today – I got through the line after ordering my food and realized I had forgotten my wallet at home. The GM Kenny said not to worry about it today – just come back again and tell my friends. Well, I will be going back soon, and I will be telling my friends and family how they take care of their customers there and deliver excellent customer service. My colleagues at the office will also be hearing about this!
