These people. Every time I go in this specific location, it is like walking into a family members kichen. They are always polite and ready to take care of your order. I always have a big order, it usually takes some time to make. They always make it fresh and hot, never is it rushed or undercooked. If they run out of an item there is always an acceptable substitute. I look forward to going to the Lancaster location every time we want chicken.

My “go to” at Lee’s is their chicken liver. Usually, they have to make a fresh batch and when I get it it’s piping hot. This time, I had to wait like they were having to make them, but they were luke warm at best. Still tasty, but the service wasn’t what it usually is at other Lee’s I’ve been to. This was my first time to visit this particular restaurant.

We love our local Lee’s. They have a very good buffet, the chicken I’ve gotten there has always been fresh and tender. The livers are sometimes overcooked, but I always ask now if they are fresh and if not, I will wait for fresh cooked. The Friday night catfish has always been great. I’ve used them to cater meals at work and the food has always been fresh, hot and very good as well as the service. Every place has some bad customer experiences, but humans work there, so sometimes there are mistakes. If my order was ever incorrect, they made it right. Highly respect the owners of this local Lee’s, they are hard working with high integrity. Highly recommended.
