This is probably the worst Lees I have ever been to. We stood at the counter waiting about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Even then, we were just told ” Someone will be with you”… the workers all seemed like they hated being there.

Stopped by Lee’s Famous Recipe in Corbin for 1st time. Upon walking in…no one was at register to take our orders. BUT, there were 2 kiosks there to place orders. BUT…they weren’t working!! After several minutes of confusion and not knowing what to do??? A girl sweeping dining room finally stopped what she was doing to come over and take our order! She was more interested in sweeping than waiting on customers!!! After taking our order she went back to sweeping. Other customers came in… she continued to sweep. They also stood there waiting and confused bc there was no one to take orders!!! Between sweeping the floors, the cashier would handle the food from kitchen to patrons. Did not like what I saw!! Sweeping floors, handling money, handling food…does not mix with me!! No hand washing involved!!! There has to be a better way of doing things!

stopped by for the first time…based on a recommendation. One thing I will not need to do- for the rest of the month – is to add any salt to any food I get. WHOA – I didn’t know you could add that much salt to a few chicken tenders…but Lee’s knocked it out of the park… I actually may not need salt for next month either. Chicken tenders were not that special, must be a local thing. Well, I did give it a shot.

When no one else would let us use their water to fill up my boy’s water balloons for his birthday party, Lee’s did. The people were very friendly and helped my boy have a tremendously wonderful birthday party. Thanks for everything. I know where I’ll be ordering my chicken from now on.

Had to ask for refund after waiting 20 minutes. They forgot our family order. Ended up paying $10 for 3 large drinks. Haphazard employees. Toilet overflowed with diarrhea and had to use men’s restroom and was disgusting. The whole facility was filthy. Oh and manager on cell phone the whole time even when up front with customers.

Food was flavorful without being greasy. Staff was friendly and helpful. Serving sizes were good. The only recommendation I have is a tad less salt in the beans – the pork does enough on that.

Been here twice in the past few months. Chicken has been dry both times and gizzard were extremely salty. The woman working there (whom I assumed was a manager) was really nice and apologetic for the rudeness and lack of service from the kid who was supposed to be working there.

Went in the drive thru after 20 mins they didn’t have our correct order so we left drive thru and walked in Noone was there to wait on us and when they did none of the people was friendly took a long time to get the food no ice in the lobby and most of the tables was dirty after walking in I will not be back for the unfriendly service and half warm food kfc is right down the road and there food I’d hot and people are friendly

Went to the drive thru waited 15 mins he was rude and didn’t have the order correct so I said I would just come in no one was there to wait on us bc cashier was eating in the lobby with 4 other employees took a long time to get the food it was not fresh potato wedges was nasty almost every table was dirty bathrooms was gross and garbage was over flowing unfriendly service all in all I won’t be back in there need to seriously do something able that place

Very unprofessional business worked there for over 2 years and dropped over personal business the managers there really don’t care for their employees or customers for that matter the managers and employees get into with the customers almost every day they don’t know how to run a business they can’t keep it professional very rude and can not keep work life seperated from personal life. One manager in particular likes to start drama with employees constantly and incredibly rude.
