Extremely disgusting, dirty and ghetto. The person didn’t offer me any sauce. I came inside to ask for some and he proceeded to argue with me about sauce saying I needed to pay for it as if I just didn’t order chicken. He wouldn’t even give me ketchup lol. I asked for the manager and he said he was the manager. I doubt it. If he is he looks like he uses and looked high at the time hahaha. Trifling.

Just went in. Been a fan of this place for a long time but the literal children you’ve employed have no idea what customer service is. I get it that they are dumb kids but training is important and it’s obvious that it hasn’t taken place for this individual. Can’t tell you her name but she blatantly ignored or didn’t notice me. I waited for her to finish with a customer and to my surprise she rested her chin on her hands and started to talking to this guy when I was next in line. Kids are awful in the work place environment. Plus the last time I ate from this store I was a fire hose out my rear ended the next morning but I wanted to give it another chance but I will never be back. Trash establishment.

I am truly dissatisfied and disappointed, to start this place has Very very rude customer service and overpriced food. I came in last night 03/26/2023 for a chicken liver meal and was told that items were limited due to them closing also sign clearly stated combos come with a regular sized drink but I was rudely informed that unless you ask for a drink it doesn’t come with one. Finally when I pulled up to the window to checkout I politely asked for a drink where I was told that it would be an up charge (told rudely again might I add). Food was overpriced for the amount I received 4 chicken livers and one side item came up to a total of $12.73. On top of that it wasn’t appetizing at all with it being Luke warm. I really do wish I was able to get the young lady’s name who was working the drive thru tonight, she was very terrible her attitude disgusting more concerned with getting off work and going home. I would never recommend this place to any of my peers and I’d give this location a -5 stars if I can.

There’s nothing like fixing your kids noodles after paying for takeout on the way home after a busy day. I’d blame the food on old grease, but that doesn’t explain the biscuits. I wouldn’t suggest visiting after 7pm, because they’re not making anything fresh, and they’re not going to answer the phone if you try to call for a refund or replacement.

Their Chicken Sliders meal #6 is so good for only $4.10 you get two chicken sandwiches and a side which we love their potato wedges. You can easily get filled on this. The inside decor is somewhat dated but the staff was friendly and let you dine in which is nice these days. Will definitely be back again.

My mashed potatoes and gravy feel like grains of sand on my teeth when I chew. The Mac n cheese is literally a ball of mush. The lady there is actually really nice and has some nice southern hospitality so I know this location not taking my giftcard couldn’t of been her fault. The chicken though was fresh and good. Everything else was definitely dirt.

I went to this store and ordered a three-piece mixed chicken. When I get to the drive-thru window she hands me my food and when I look in the box it’s three chicken tenders. So I go in the store and tell them that I did not want chicken tenders I want it regular chicken. Guess what they give me on my way back out. Three more chicken tenders in a different box. I will never go back to that store again because this is like the third time they’ve done it. It’s like they don’t know the difference between chicken on the bone and tenders.
