Website says they close at 8, got there at 7:30, sit in the drive through… no one says anything. So I call and ask if they’re open, they say they close at 7:30. I politely let them know that their website says 8:00, just in case they needed to go in and change it, and the woman I spoke to condescendingly said “yep, well we close at 7:30.” It was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason. My family caters meals from lees super often and we’ve never had a single issue. I work in customer service, and I understand everyone has bad days, but there was 0 reason for the attitude. I also watched two more cars sit in their drive through with no one acknowledging them. Based on other reviews, this is a common issue.

One hundred percent do not recommend! The young man working up front had what I’m assuming was a mental break? He started off by telling his co-worker that we didn’t need to have our order taken as we were with our other family member who had placed a separate order and, the family member was according to him ordering for us. Why he thought he knew this information when I don’t recall even seeing him before is still a mystery? At that point he walks away from from us on what was according to other staff a “very busy night” to tell his co-worker while pointing that I was “staring at him and he didn’t know if it was a staring contest” followed on with how I “said something to him but he just ignored it” I had no previous conversations with this person. Very uncomfortable and scary situation!
