Lees is always good food. However at this location the folks working there rarely seem to care they are doing a job and should do it well.

I went to this location on 7/22/23 at 8:30 PM. The cashier was extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to use the restroom and she yelled at me for using the restroom. I ask her how was I suppose to know I couldn’t if there are no signs. She preceded to take her time taking my order and getting it. Then put my order on the counter and never told me it was my order. The biscuits were burnt. I will NEVER spend another penny at this location.

Perfectly fine food for the value. Potato wedges were fresh and hot, the sauce was good, as were the chicken strips, although they seemed a little dry. The biscuit was definitely dry, which was a bummer. Seating was decent and somewhat clean, although the occasional fly was pretty gross.

There are food stains everywhere in front of house, there’s a hole in the dining area window. The floor seems like its caving in. Grime and muck on almost every surface. I worked there in the late 90s and it was never this bad. Most employees were quiet but one was cussing at everyone overly loudly. I need this store to get it together, because Lee’s is better than KFC and the others, and this is the only one in our area. C’mon man. I know you read these “owner”, please do something about your business.

This is a quandary for me since I do not know how Lee’s taste in other cities however, here in Cincinnati every Lee’s restaurant I’ve been to the chicken was always dry (which lets me know that it’s been sitting under a heat lamp for hours;) so never fresh. The biscuits are sometimes as hard as rocks, and the sides, such as mashed potatoes and mac and cheese, are usually just lukewarm.

If I could give them zero stars, I would, don’t know why this location does not just close down. They never have what I go there to get, which is the only place you can buy them (livers). It does not matter what time of day it is, they never have any. What food they do have, is served cold, almost always. Just close it down!

Always prefer their tea as I can taste tea over sugar. Still thier chicken is alot better than most of the other chains. It isn’t overly dry and hasn’t baked a 5th time under a heat lamp. Yes they have gizzards..

It was horrible a real life nightmare. They were out of several items had to wait on another item to be cooked. The service was very Bad. I spoke with the unqualified manager. Decided not to deal with the headache..They gave me a hard time time when I asked for my money back. Customers beware.

A great alternative to KFC. In my opinion has better biscuits, better mashed potatoes and honestly better tasting chicken. Doesn’t have the same dishes as KFC but offers different option such as livers.

Lee’s is my favorite fried chicken, but I’ve had nothing but problems with this location. Last week I got the wrong order. This week I was asked to wait at the drive through speaker, waited for 10 minutes, decided it might be faster to just walk in, parked, then found the dining room doors were locked (2:45 pm on 3/12/23 so not late or anything). The sign on the front says “under new management” but idk when those new managers are actually going to show up…
