We ordered a 40 piece meal for my grandma’s 75th Birthday! We called the morning of and they happily took our order. My mom picked up the food, they were very friendly and even helped my mom carry the food out to her car. Great service and food!

The last time I stopped, I ordered a 5 piece chicken strip meal. Got 3. I wasn’t told the price went up, and they changed my order without telling me, but the strips, mind you, 9.49 for 3 and 3 were 2 med Size and one very tiny 3in piece. So I went back. I had ordered the original, the replacement was spicy. It’s a 5050 shot on biscuits being overcooked depending on who is cooking. Some ladies are super nice , some are not.

Horrible customer service. A red head and a Mexican girl very loud and ghetto acting. Got very rude when I asked for a replacement when I brought my receipt in. Talking to another young lady working in there named also Hannah who was helping me.. I asked if she was okay and she said she was but I could tell by her face she wasn’t. I sat in there for about 25 mins and witnessed 25 mins of this young lady being laughed at and mocked and being demanded to do things when she was busy cleaning and trying to help customers.. very disturbing. I won’t be back in there again.

If I could do 0 I would but it is not an option. My husband and I have ordered here many years since the pandemic half our food is forgotten and we get two servings out of a family size serving order our sauce we pay extra for is forgotten. There is always a side that is forgotten. We have to wait in their driveway for 30 minutes while we have to go in and remind them that we are sitting out there to be disrespected by employees! Imagine paying 50-60 dollars or more to be disrespected and only get half your food and the other half not the sizer you ordered.

I never write a review unless the service is either phenomenal or atrocious, and unfortunately, this is the latter. After waiting the amount of time it would take to fry my 8 piece meal fresh, I sat in the drive thru while they were having a juggalo gathering in the back lot. No “fresh” fried chicken is that soggy and just disgusting tasting; like week old chicken put back in chef mic but not even reheated all the way. If I could take stars away I would. The cooks should be ashamed of themselves. Pathetic… Oh, and they forgot my coleslaw.

Lee’s has really been stepping their game up, Went through the line yesterday near closing and back in the day I would’ve been served something old and stale but there was this one really cool female working there I believe her name was Tina she was very helpful with making sure I had good quality food and that really meant a lot to me knowing that someone cared enough to say “IM NOT GOING TO SERVE YOU ANYTHING THAT I DONT THINK IS QUALITY!” And for that reason I’ll definitely be back especially if I see Tina working,Thanks Tina !
