I don’t often rate things 3 stars but I feel like my visit deserves it and here’s why. I went here last week with my brother because we heard about how good Lee’s chicken is. The service was great and the store was clean, however I think the portion sizes (particularly on the sides) were a little bit lacking. My food didn’t seem fresh but it was still alright. My brother on the other hand was disappointed because his chicken sandwich was incredibly salty. (We love salty food so it had to be very salty for us to not like it.) So we were disappointed but we will probably be back to give it another try.

Love this place for chicken. And love this place more in my birthday month – free meal. Quick friendly service.

Ordered the 2 piece meal. Sides were mac & cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. Chicken had no flavor (bland), gravy tasted over spicy (to much pepper) and mac & cheese looked like it wasn’t mixed.

Started charging a fee of about 3.75% for Non-Cash Payments on top of the already high menu prices. Been paying with debit for years free of charge and now you suddenly wanna charge for it. Greed costs 3 stars and my business. I won’t be back. UPDATE. Received this reply ” I am sorry you feel this way. But, the credit card companies charge us this fee and we just are now passing it on to credit card customers. If you were to pay with cash, you would not pay this fee. Many buisness simply raised their prices on all customers to cover this fee. We are giving cash paying customers the option to have the lower fee.” 1st accepting cards is the cost of doing business. 2nd You were already charging everyone more when you increased your menu prices but, you want even more so you started charging card user more to increase the profits (GREED). I’m simply done with your business and others that take a similar stance to yours. I’m not gonna carry around wads of cash to satisfy the greed. It simply isn’t safe to carry a lot of cash anymore. ONE STAR DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Watch out for surprise upcharges. There’s a card upcharge they default to so if you’re paying cash pay attention. If you order a meal any sauce besides hot sauce is an upcharge. I’d like to know what gets dumped out the back door at the M120 and Causeway location.

I loved the chicken liver lunch special. Our cashier offered us senior drinks, saving us some money. We were not happy to get a surcharge for using our credit card.

Man, i love this place. Juicy and crispy, and there’s a perfect breading to bird ratio. Fresh potatoes, hot beans, and gravy, and not salty and cheap tasting like some other “famous” brands we could mention. I’m just wishing they would build one here in Holland.
