I came here ordered my food and they got my order wrong and overcharged for my meal which is supposed to come with a drink if you look at the lees website the 5 piece comes with a drink they charged me another 2.59 for a drink. The total didn’t seem right I had been eating here for a while so i asked the cashier whos name was Jerryonah she said that it doesn’t come with a drink even though my other receipts show I was not charged for a drink and was rather rude about it. No big deal I call them up to try and make the situation right after i made sure to look up what came with the meal and found out my order was wrong. The first time I called I just explained the situation and was hung up on I wasn’t rude and spoke calmly so I thought that the call just dropped. I call again and speak to someone explain the situation they tell me theres no website which isn’t true and then started just passing the phone around to other people I don’t know who I spoke with as they didn’t give a name but after I was passed off again I just said you guys are being very rude right now so I’m just gonna leave a review. That was the service I received there the foods ok but the service here in ellisville is pretty bad.

Lee’s chicken is always wonderful. It is always cooked well and many side items to choose from. I absolutely love their chicken gizzards and livers and the chicken is also great ….I always enjoy a meal here …you won’t be disappointed ..I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family and to anyone looking for great chicken and a good place to eat ..

WORST SERVICE EVER! PAM THE MANAGER and JENNY THE OWNER is probably most COMBATIVE, RUDE, & UNPROFESSIONAL people I’ve come across. I was a new customer who had wrong pieces of chicken and extremely overcooked, dark, hard biscuits. I called numerous times but no one answered over a long period of time. Eventually the phone had a busy signal for a while. PAM argued that her store always answer the phone. But CLEARLY THEY DID NOT. They could probably have looked at caller id to see how many times i called. When I spoke to the owner, she said she had already heard from Pam prior to me calling her, so the call was biased. She like Pam, had an attitude & consistently spoke over me rudely. I got no where and eventually disconnected the line. WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

I love their $6 meals. Since you get a lot of food for what you pay you’re saving a lot of money and being healthy at the same time when you buy Lee’s. Started going a lot after I found out they have individual meals. The 2pc which is more than anyone should be eating imo, is $6 I think the 3pc was $10 but you’re still getting more bang for your buck than if you bought wannabe food like McDonald’s or burger King (I like burger king though)
