It was a PIECE OF HAIR COOKED IN THE THIGH.. They lucky I stopped by right before closing & I didn’t see it til we got all the way home because I would’ve definitely got my money back! The people in the back couldn’t be wearing nets. They will never get my money again.

I had to take some time before writing for this review. The lines are always long, but if that’s what my family wants, I don’t mind. But what I do mind is if I’m spending 60 dollars on food and you tell me that I can only have four packets of honey sauce, followed by the look of and your not getting anymore, it is just crazy to me. I was told that I could only have four packets because I was only getting for biscuits. I politely said, “No darling, the family meal comes with 6 biscuits, plus I purchased extra.” She told me that all I could get for free was 4, but I could buy more! I was already tired and frustrated from work that I just looked at her with the mother glare and drive off. I know I should have asked for a manager to explain how to count, but the line was long, and I was being considerate of others.

Update: After having food cooked into my chicken, although accidents happen is still trifling. I finally was able to speak with corporate about how poor the management treated me after his store cooked my food with hair in it and they sent me a $5 lees coupon to cover my 2 pieces of chicken. 🙂 Good luck eating here. The manager thinks he owns the staffing by the way, he doesn’t treat those kids like humans.

Everytime I order the spicy jumbo wings meal I received two side items and, 2 biscuits, because the young lady was in such a hurry I did not receive my biscuits this time. It pisses me off because the biscuits is my daughter’s favorite I wish you would address this to the employees to make sure and double check the orders… Please

If I could give it a zero star. Ordered a 3 piece chicken was so smalli didn’t even see the 3rd piece. My food was given to me so sloppy. Baked beans were mixed with my green beans and when I said something the young lady said Sloppy and closed the window. I looked in the window and the other worker was rolling her eyes at me. I hardly ever go to this one due always getting bad service.

6pm on a sun evening, I go through the drive thru and order two 4 pc strip meals then get to the pick up window and get told we don’t have enough chicken for that 2nd strip meal. How does a chicken place run out of chicken? That’s like a free clinic running out of the morning after pill, or a bar running out of booze, you absolutely do not run out of what you’re in business trying to sell, what a shame, they do have good chicken when they aren’t busy running out of it.i left the drive thru and went to dairy queen down the road, was greeted promptly and they actually had the food they were selling

Personally I would have rated one star but the managers are very cooperative and gave me a full refund. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this restaurant. Just make sure you check your food before you drive off cause I’ve also had issues to where my chicken wasn’t cooked all the way.

If I could give 0 stars I would even they don’t even deserve the one star it’s not even the food really but the women behind the counter rude for no reason, I don’t know if they are on their cycles or what, stank attitudes for nothing. Just fire them all and hire people with better attitudes or offer re training on how to deal with customers in the correct way..

Only concern. Caucasian lady with piercings via face was eating a biscuit out of camera view. Did not wash hands and went back register. Please counsel her on unsanitary and assist her in trainings. Very disgusting . Incident on Monday
