Order arrived correct and on time but we came to Philly and wanted authentic cheese stakes- these fid NOT satisfy my family’s cravings. First the meat was underwhelming and needs seasoning. Secondly we had to search for the cheese. Lastly, the fries were so so. Could have gotten more authentic cheese stake in Maryland.

Sarah who took my order over the phone was professional and polite. Colleen who delivered my sandwich was amazing. The food was excellent I ordered a half hoagie I ate 1/4 When I first gotit.I’m gonna have at least 2 to 3 more meals that’s amazing it was so good I haven’t had a Lee’s hoagie since the 90s. My doggy Frenchie enjoyed it too

have ate at Lee’s since i was a kid…have always loved the chain, but recently my gf and i started going to this location a few months ago when we got tired of our usual places… & we honestly can come to a quick decision (never happens) to go here and get our usuals; italian and tuna hoagies.. always tastes fresh.. filling af.. great to have as a leftover. just one note: they can go a bit heavy handed on the onions lol, so if you want them but not all of the onions ..maybe make a note of that when you order.

Same as it ever was, same as it ever was. They still have a good solid consistent hoagie that I’ve been buying for 40 years. Menu item names are the same. The amount of food you get is the same. Prices have gone up, but that is the economy right now.

It was my 1st time stopping by this Lee’s hoagie on Monday 3/6 I have driven by at least a 100 times over the years but was in the neighborhood and had a taste for a hoagie and it was the 1st place I thought of to try it did not disappoint the atmosphere the cleanliness the friendly and professional staff and comfort level while I sat and ate made it a really cool experience and my hoagie was delicious I left with definite plans to return in the near future Thanks for a great experience “Lees Hoagie”Old York Rd. My family and I have ordered from here for years. I’ve been pleased with the quality of the food and service. Yet the last two times I came there were issues. The first bad experience included wilted lettuce on several hoagies. I can admit I didn’t call to complain because I considered it an off day. But today, I ordered a salad, which is apparently now changed to a platter unless you pay an upcharge. Well, when I called about the platter (included in the picture) an employee and manager stated the new policy. Even when explaining this wasn’t conveyed at the time of order and I didn’t get a full hoagie just meat/cheese onions and lettuce. I got a we will talk to the employee and then hung up on while talking with the Manger. While a platter may not include cucumber and carrots, I should have gotten a tomato, and peppers. If it weren’t for the poor service, I would not have written this review. Totally disappointed.!

I got the cheesesteak Italiano. Roasted Peppers and Provolone cheese. It was very tasty, small and $11.95 (med, 9”). The roll spent a minute on the grill. The meat, peppers and cheese spent a good amount of time on the grill getting to know each other. Nice fast service. I wish it was bigger.
