I haven’t gone to this place due to Covid for a long time. I just went there this morning and I ordered two combination sandwich and one hot coffee. I asked for one with extra Jalapeño and one without it on the sandwiches. It turns out both have NO Jalapeño. So disappointed. Then when i take a sip of the coffee. It turns out it was hot chocolate. Not sure the person take order understood English at all? I did explained to him, he gave me the wrong order. He just simile and didn’t offer a replacement. I just left the hot chocolate at the counter and left. This really a very disappointment experience. I will not go back to this store any more.
