Ordered #11 Rockys Fried Chicken sandwich, was sent a nasty sandwich that I didn’t order. I was told they don’t make it anymore. Yet it’s on the Door Dash Menu. Instead of calling me and telling me they gave me a sandwich that tasted like fish with lettuce and 2 pickles. The man I spoke to could only laugh at me and would not give his name or tell me the Corporate number. New to Michigan and this is the worst service and response that I have ever dealt with. Fraudulent and dishonest company and people. Never again!

If you had nowhere else to go, the food is edible here. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich was very bland. I’m not sure if all the salt they use is in the onions because I had no onions on it. It is also rather expensive for what you get. An order of fries is $4.50. if you’re at this location and just look around, you’ll see a subway. A sushi restaurant and across the street a Wendy’s and those are all better options.

Mmm mmm my first time experience was excellent!!! The customer service soon as I entered the building was so welcoming … I ordered a regular cheesesteak and some curly with a Superman cheesecake and everything I ordered was delicious the service was fast and friendly soooo don’t KNOCK IT UNTIL YOU TRY IT!!! I will definitely be back if I’m in the area… The bad reviews are just that ♀️ ♀️ u can’t PLEASE EVERYONE ♀️ ♀️

Not happy with my latest stop. Ordered large regular cheesesteak w/no onions. I arrived back to work and sandwich was LOADED with the pepper topping. Not only did I not order the pepper topping I certainly would not have paid additional for the topping. Sandwich was thrown away!! Shop was closed by the time I began to eat. Worthless!!! The service was polite and speedy. The food is great when prepared as ordered.

Have eaten here several times in the past and was excellent every single time. Went back the other day first time in a while and was quite disappointed. The meat is still the same excellent meat it’s always been. Unfortunately you now get less of it. The buns have shrunk considerably and are no longer a quality bun, but a generic plain flavorless, container for the meat. To add insult to injury prices are up, which I fully expected just not the double whammy of higher prices coupled with a lower quality sandwich. Unfortunately looks like without some changes I won’t be returning any time soon..
