Ohhh man are these great cheesesteaks. I keep mine simple but there are lots of options on the menu and I saw other customers enjoying what looked like the spicy versions. Today was the first day open and it seemed like everyone was enjoying the food. The sides are also really good – I had the mushrooms and we got the corned beef egg rolls to share because they looked too good not to try. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back soon!

I’ve had to wait a few times. I’ve witnessed people being absolutely horrible to the workers. They’re doing their best during rushes. Always get their cheese steak with extra extra cheese. No complaints on the establishment, worker or food. Just disappointed in the way customers treat the workers.

OK for starters it was FILTHY!!!! The chairs were stuck to the floor with food and sauce under the table. While one employee was outside smoking. The only person inside was Ben and he did a great job of waiting on us, cooking our food and being yelled at by the assistant manager. The assistant manager wouldn’t allow our family of 3 to use the larger dinning room and we had to push 2 tiny tables together just to eat. The air was broken or shut off so all in all it was a very unpleasant experience and we will NOT return.

I love this place honestly. One of two “fast” food places I’ve been to in Battle Creek where we get consistently good food. I even prefer this location over the Kalamazoo location. Most times when I’ve had a Winfrey from here, I want it a couple days later and just happen to be in Kzoo so I’ll stop in at that one. BC is always hands down better. This location might not look as nice but I never sit and eat. I’m always taking it to go so I’m not really too concerned about what it looks like. I do usually have to wait to order at this location because the workers are in the back having a conversation or something but I usually don’t mind since I’ll have to wait for my food to be made fresh anyway. Great location!

Great food, prepared fresh to order! Samantha was pleasant and quick to take my order. Sean made my sandwich exactly how I like it (I tend to be quite picky and add and remove a lot of items) and didn’t even hesitate when I asked to change something after he already started my order. I enjoyed being able to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful weather and have an outstanding dinner! Thank you Lefty’s!

I had a fantastic experience at lefty’s in Battle Creek. The staff is super awesome and friendly even surprised me with free cheesesteak egg rolls before I left because they weren’t ready when I first ordered so that was awesome. But the food!!! Whew best chicken hoagie I’ve ever had I rate them

What a sad day yesterday was. It started when my wife tried to place a phone order to your Battle Creek location. After a few attempts with the phone ringing so long it disconnected I decided to just stop by order and wait for my sandwich. From the very opening of this store we fell in love with the Grim Reaper, usually ordering double meat double cheese. Yum! When I arrive at the location I find two employees outside talking with what I imagined to be the oil return truck driver. I enter to find your chef the only person in the store, wondering where the other employees are. I told him not a problem good food is worth waiting for. After a few minutes he took my order of my favorite sandwich. That’s when the day got worse. Apparently in a woke response to ‘the cheese is too hot’, I am told that it is no longer available. Not even as an add-on. It’s a Grim Reaper! How sad that a complaint like this could be taken seriously. It’s a Grim Reaper! Your policy has taken me to the point where I shall make the sandwich at home, I’m sure not as good but I will have it. When you reverse your decision I would like to be made aware.
