I tried this place a cpl months back and the food was very greasy, soft and the service was less than acceptable. I’d watched a few videos of ppl raving over the food so it was a major disappointment. I was hoping that was a fluke. Recently tried it again. The only good part was the young man that took my order once he came out* from the back. I ordered wings fried extra crunchy and some sauce on the side. Also ordered a piece of sweet Potatoe cake. The wings had ALOT of feathers, were soft and flavorless. Extra greasy in a plastic container which I’m guessing contributed to them being soft. The cake was okay, very little frosting and just overall nothing to rave about. Wish I’d been able to dance while eating, lol.

This was my first, and last experience eating here. So I’m not sure if they read their reviews or not but for the most part the food is NOT GOOD. I had wings and fries, something that is definitely simple. I don’t like big chicken wings, the wings they have are big. I asked for my wings fried hard they weren’t. I had the garlic parm fries they were soooooo SOFT!!! Who wants SOFT FRIES. Not me. I had garlic parm and henny wings. Definitely would not recommend literally no flavor at all. I gave them 2 stars because the young lady who took my order was nice. But the restaurant should read these reviews and take them into consideration. I sept like 23 dollars for this meal and a drink and it wasn’t worth it at all

I drove from Virginia to order, it was a poor decision on my part. I’m standing at the counter waiting for some acknowledgement. However the male cashier behind the counter was occupied with his cellphone. A man from the kitchen actually told him that I was at the counter. There was another person waiting to order, standing behind me. The cashier comes over to me with an attitude, smh. I shouldn’t have ordered from here. The food was average, crab fries were soggy. The seafood cheesesteak was ok. There was a pleasant lady that came out the kitchen and spoke to me. That was the most enjoyable thing about this visit. I won’t come back.

Best cheesesteak in the area! Just wow. The crab fries were delicious and the crab cake is a great size for the price and lots of pure crab meat with no filler and good flavor!! There was only one person working when I arrived and he gave me suggestions, took my order, cooked the food and he was very nice and respectful and everything turned out amazing. I will be going back frequently.

Overall, I give Legacy a 4.5 out of 5 star rating. I ordered the chicken cheesesteak with provolone, sautéed onions and green peppers, mayo with an add on of sauteed jumbo shrimp (additional $4.50) with the $9 combo which included the Crab Fries with Legacy’s roumalade sauce (old bay seasoned) and a 24 oz styrofoam cup size beverage of choice.

I decided to try this location since I loved the other location in fort washington. I got here about 11:20 on Saturday. I ordered steak and cheese with old bay fries and 6 Hennessy wings. It was only person ahead of me who had already placed his order. But I swear it felt like forever waiting for my food and I was the only person in there at this point. Nonetheless everything was good.

I called in a order and the kid couldn’t hear me, due to them blasting loud music in the restaurant. I drove thirty minutes to pick up my food and drove home. Once, I was at home we discovered they gave us the wrong order. I called the restaurant and they agreed to give us the right order. But, I was too tired to drive back. I eventually, went back to the store and the young lady refused to give me a refund or a new order. Also, the quality of food is horrible. It was good in the beginning, but this restaurant is falling fast. I hope the owner is monitoring and turns things around.

I was told about Legacy Carryout about two years ago and have been going there and loving it every since. Reaching them by phone is hit or miss. Usually I order the steak and cheese and it is always delicious. I’ve had the crab cake before and it was great. Ordered 2 crab cake sandwiches on Thursday they looked good, but tasted awful, there was no detectable crab in the sandwich it was some artificial substitute, inedible. At a cost of $41.00 for 2 sandwiches and a small plain fry, there is no reason for a total fake crab cake. DONT ORDER THE CRAB CAKE
