We had an amazing dinner there last night after the train ride. Brussels sprouts, duck, prime rib …can’t say enough about this place. We will be returning. The menu isn’t huge – but I’m sure everything is wonderful on it. My husband was a chief back in the day and was floored with the choices. Seriously we couldn’t stop talking about how great everything was.

The coolest historic building bar and restaurant I have seen in a long time. Did was top notch, even the oysters that were so fresh being this far removed from any major cities. There is a huge whiskey selection that could satisfy any connoisseurs palette and the bartenders are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Worth a drive up to be able to get outside of Santa Fe if you’re looking for something different to do!

Love everything about this place. Sean and the staff are outstanding. Had the Suave Wallbanger cocktail, so tasty and fragrant, very enjoyable. Baked oysters were nice and crispy. The lasagna was like nothing I’ve ever had before. Loved the ingredients, house made pasta, crab, corn, béchamel. Also ordered the Lotus Farm Chicken, so tender and juicy and the Fried Poussin was great too. Menu may change but all great choices. For dessert we shared the Butterscotch Buddino very creamy and delicious. Food is reasonably priced. Drinks add up but worth it!!!!

Great to see the restaurant alive with people. We had a party of 7 everyone was happy with there meals and dessert choices. Highly recommend for lunch or just to stop by and have a drink.

The new Legal Tender has upgraded to locally sourced ingredients and have brought in an excellent chef. Sean is bringing it all together. Prices are higher than the old menu but the food is so much better. Think nice night out. Loved it. Added new photos but kept some old ones.

Fine dining at its best! The chef has embraced New Mexico foods but has improved flavors and styles. The building is beautiful and very well kept and clean. Staff is very attentive to every need and polite. Extremely fair priced food and drinks for the quality of the chef and the ingredients used. You will not regret a dinner here! Will be back soon .
