I went to Loretta’s kitchen yesterday we had to wait for our food over an hour. The food is over priced for what you get they charged for a glass of water and count the refills of tea. The cornbread was so small and a $1 if you wanted another one. My friend ordered catfish she received one small piece I will never patronize the restaurant.

The atmosphere was refreshing. Restaurant clean. Service good. I had the catfish, cabbage and sweet potatoes. Every bite was bursting with Flavor. I would recommend Legendary Soul Food to all. Plan on trying the Meat Loaf next time.

The atmosphere is really nice, bright and beautiful. The food is delicious. I just hope they do take heed to the feedback customers give. Cause I truly want to see the greatest of the great for this establishment.

Had a wonderful time here! Music & environment was everything while we waited on fresh & hot food. Everything was full of flavor. Our waitress was very polite, courteous, & well mannered! She checked on us often & was really down to earth. Everyone wore masks. Not too many flavorful places around here…truly appreciated!

I called ahead knowing it would take awhile and they even called me back to let me know the food was done ahead of time. The young lady brought my food out to my vehicle and I’ll say it looked and tasted delicious! I’m not sure about the negative reviews but my experience was very nice! Saw them on Fox5 and decided to make the drive from Cobb County. I would recommend

This place used to be good. With each new owner/rebrand (Remeniscent the food was really good, MLK the quality of the food took a hit but was ok, now Legendary and the food is the pits) the food gets worse and the prices raise. I went to get fish like I always do and found out it was under new management again. I received small pieces of mediocre fish, I thought it was whiting but it looked and tasted more like Tilapia(who still eats that ish?). The collard greens and yams were really mid, and the mac and cheese was ok I guess. I’m not a restaurant owner and I can imagine how hard it is but sheesh do better. The service was fine, the lady was attentive but I was literally the only one there. I don’t know why I would ever return there. I would give it 1 but the lady working was a saving grace from a completely pitiful experience.

Went there for my birthday me my wife and my dad note we are a mixed couple. Was greeted at the door and told we could only do to go but there were several couple and families in there eating. But there was a African American couple behind us that they sat after us. So yes they will never get my hard earned dollar.

Takes 30 to 45 minutes and the food was subpar. The Mac n cheese was terrible and greasy. The mark of a good soul food restaurant is half decent Mac n cheese. This place missed the mark! The sweet potatoes was sitting in liquid sugar. The fried fish had an after taste. Won’t be returning.

I’m giving 4 stars because initially my score is 3.5 leaning more towards 4 reason being.. for starters the portions for the price point for what I ordered was extremely inflated. 2 wings and 2 sides for lunch was$12. Now if I had choices of breast, thigh etc… possibly but still high. Collards were cooked well, I like how they brine the chicken before frying which kept the chicken juicy. Mac n cheese flavor not to bad, the Mac was just too overcooked pasta wise. The ambiance is nice considering they’ve been open such a short time. I’m looking forward to them lasting in Conyers bc we definitely could use it and look forward to what’s in store. If you don’t have patience this isn’t the place for you. Staff was great, very friendly. I still didn’t get my peach cobbler bc it wasn’t ready. If you’re going to advertise it have it ready. I like the fact the food is fresh so be advised it’s cooked to order to guarantee freshness. The manager was friendly and impressive she informed us on what’s to come and I look forward to that.. I treated my mother to lunch and our tab was $46 for lunch specials and 1 to go order. To go portions are very small.. pros- clean, friendly, home cooking

My experience was okay. The service could use some help but it wasn’t the worse. I overheard an employee get upset with another employee and say a few choice words but not my issue.
