Here is a little gem in La Veta that I recommend. The food was tasty, the service was great and the atmosphere was perfect outdoors. It was a beautiful Easter day so we sat outside. While I’m unsure of their dinner arrangements, this was for brunch. Not busy and a fair amount of seating.

Excellent food and customer service. Went 3 times while we were in area and all times were great. Small restaurant with patio area. San Marcos burrito was a favorite and excellent. I also had a daily special which was excellent. Good selection of dessert. Service was excellent and attentive.

This small little restaurant serves very good food in a lovely garden. The band for the brewery next door (shared garden) must be used to bigger venues as they were much too loud making it difficult to visit with the rest of our group. The food was delicious but not served hot it was rather lukewarm. We were hungry so we enjoyed it all regardless. The desserts are very good. Chocolate cream pie was exceptionally good.

I stopped in for a quick brunch on Easter Sunday. The restaurant and staff were lovely. I had Avocado Toast w/ cheesy scrambled eggs. The scramble was tender and fluffy, and the Avocado toast was the best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend.

We went here a couple weeks ago when staying in La Veta. Probably one of the best restaurants I’ve been to. They had gazpacho as one of the specials, which I rarely find, and the ahi tuna salad was delicious. I crave these items on a daily basis.
