Absolutely my most favorite sandwich/soup restaurant! They have plenty of options for vegans, vegetarians, meat eaters, and gluten free people. My go to order is a yam and cheese salad or sandwich and a blueberry lemonade. So good every time! The employees are always happy and helpful and the atmosphere is welcoming and open. Yes, the prices are higher but the quality/ taste of the food and the experience more than makes up for it!

The food was great. Very flavorful turkey sandwich BUT! I spent $75.60 for a 3 person lunch?!? and to be brutally honest the food was not worth that in my opinion. $15+ for a sandwich with thin roast turkey slices & veggies. $5+ for a lemonade served in a small mason jar. $2 for a canned soda… If you come in with a party of 4 or more you’re not likely to find a place to sit. Seating upstairs was completely full so we sat downstairs near the front window and nearly froze to death as it was below freezing outside and the window did very little to keep us warm. The menu was very hard to read written in small poor handwritten chalk high up on the wall. The food was great but not $20+ per person great. Maybe that’s inflation?… hip and inclusive with vegan and vegetarian options. Soup was no better than Campbells canned tomato soup. All in all I’m still not sure if this is an opulent attempt of a restaurant given the high prices and downtown location, or an overpriced sandwich shop given the awkward menu and ambience of the place. That being said maybe you’ll love it or maybe you’ll hate it. I am somewhere in between

We were recommended this place by locals and oh my….by far the best sandwiches we ever had. Vegetarian mushroom sandwich was so flavourful and delicious. It’s not easy to make veggie sandwiches that good. The meat one(sausage, Applewood bacon) was absolutely delicious. The crunch of some chips they add to it makes the sandwich. It was so good we went back the next day.

Fantastic sandwiches! Easily some of the best I have ever had. We split the big cheese (vegetarian) and the turkey boursin. The sandwiches were both served warm and the homemade preserves and bread were out of this world. The beet side salad was also delicious. The sandwiches are a bit pricey (about $15 each), but you won’t be disappointed. The staff are also friendly, which has been my overall experience in Idaho. Five stars!

Delicious food and good vibes. The only thing stopping me from the the full 5 stars is their dang menu. It was super clustered and hard to track and while the idea of a chalk board menu is a cool idea it makes the customer experience difficult. But the food was very yummy! Get the pear and sausage sandwich if you want something yummy and safe!

I’ve only eaten at the park side location, but I think it’s wonderful. Have gone twice now and amazed by menu and everything ordered delicious. Also impressed they can do a text mex brunch dish just as well as a pear and sausage sandwich. Creative, tasty, and well presented food. Will go back for sure!

Incredible vegetarian menu. I’m not a vegetarian but I had the Sweet Potato sandwich. Incredibly delicious. I don’t think the staff knows about the Boise Beer Buddies discount. They declined it at the register. Hope they get that figured out.
