Lenny’s has decent food but lacks consistency when it comes to it’s employees. I used to work here and when I first started management kept their employees trained and made sure stuff got done the right way but under new management they’ve fallen short. None of the current employees know what they’re doing and don’t follow Lenny’s protocol. I’ve personally overheard many inappropriate conversations about customers and management is fully aware but does nothing to stop it. One of the cooks in the back lacks workplace harassment training and feels inclined to physically intimidate coworkers. As far as I’m aware no corrective action has taken place. Overall the work environment is toxic. Management needs to take accountability and take this opportunity to retrain employees to ensure a safe work environment. Lenny’s could 100% do better!

Grabbed 2 Italian subs for me and a friend. It was great! The bread was soft with a little crunch on the outside. The ingredients all tasted great and seemed pretty fresh. I placed my order online and it was ready quickly during a busy lunch crowd. The employee quickly brought it to me once it was ready with a smile on his face. I could tell they were very attentive to everyone making sure they were taken care of. The restaurant was clean and tidy. I’ll definitely be going back when I am in the area again.
