I would give no stars if it allowed. We stopped going to Lenny’s because our sandwiches were always a hot mess. We decided to try it again because we saw the under new management sign out front. Nope still awful, sandwiches were made wrong, bread was smooshed and very soggy. Definitely won’t be back again.

I’m so happy I did not follow the reviews from the 1 star because I wouldn’t get the chance to experienced this wonderful establishment. The restaurant location is very convenient also very clean environment, friendly and Courteous staff that do the uttermost at Philly cheese steak in the gulf. I am happy I came here and i look forward stopping by very often.

Good cheesesteak. It wasn’t very busy at 1230 on a Thursday, but with only one girl working (making food and working the register) and another walking around doing *managerial* tasks, your best bet is to order ahead and have your sub waiting for you.

I recently stumbled across this place and grew in excitement of another sub place in the area. However despite how delicious the sub was I was not very impressed with how long I had to wait for it. Not only that when I first walked in immediately I spotted trash just sitting on a table. I thought maybe someone working there would get to it rather soon but they didn’t. I also noticed that there was no trash can available to disposed of the food once you are done. Finally I believe I may have seen someone in the kitchen staff handling multiple people’s food with only one glove on. The hand I saw clearly did not gave a glove on it.

I tried calling 4x before arriving but no answer. I figured they must be slammed but when I got there it was empty. My voice echoed when I called for help. When 1 person strolled out she acted like I was stupid and annoying for asking questions. The food was cold and the bread was soggy but it was tasty especially if you love salt. The atmosphere is as welcoming as the TSA at LaGuardia which makes sense bc it’s the same motif. The best thing about Lenny’s is they don’t care enough to spit in your food. I highly recommend Firehouse subs.

Dirtiest restaurant I’ve been to yet. I can only imagine what the back of the house looks like and that’s where my nasty wet microwave cheesesteak came from. Hard to believe someone would put money into a franchise and then zero effort into making it a success.

Very baffled that when I walked in today, the worker immediately said they have no bread. This is very troubling since they have barely been opened and why didn’t they call the other store in fort Walton and ask for bread.

The food was good and the server was nice but they were very understaffed that day and it took 30 minutes after ordering to get my lunch order, which was just a Turkey sub. Since another employee was in the kitchen, people behind me in line were served before I was. Finally, after noticing I was still waiting, the server in the kitchen came out and prepared my cold cut sandwich because the other server was still taking orders.. They were nice and apologetic, which is why I still gave them three stars. I mean we all have overwhelming days at times.

Listen, There no way you folks cooked my Philly cheesesteak fresh on the grill. It was microwaved, why I say this the temp of the bread and the meat was at the same temp. The bread was steaming so hot I coukdnt eat it fir at least 7 to 10 mins and it was still hot n when it started to cool off the bread started getting tuff. You say freshly cooked. Then why the 100 degree buns?
