Ordered a buffalo chicken cheesesteak sub and literally you couldn’t see the meat when the sub was closed. Extremely skimpy on the meat and it was mostly bread. I brought it to the cashiers attention as we paid $18 for 2 subs that was mostly made of bread. She brought it back and came back out with it with virtually no changes. The picture is from the second time it was brought out. If they did add anything, then it looked even worse the first time.

I am not sure what has happened to Lenny’s but there always seems to be an issue when trying to order from them. We came back to the area and were so excited to go back. First time at FWB location, they sent us away because their registers didn’t work. Second visit at a Mary Esther location, they were out of all but one bread. Third time the grill was broken. They don’t put signs on the doors to let you know there are issues until you are in line ordering.

It has the most welcoming and lovely staff. They acknowledge you as soon as you walk in. They are very friendly and will carry on a whole conversation with you while you wait. The food is OUTSTANDING and comes out fresh and hot. If you ever get the chance to stop by y’all need to because they wont let you down! You can also ask for Lindsi she will welcome you with a friendly smile and a warm welcome she did with me. I will continue eating here over subway and any other sub shop!!!

Very poor service. Went to location 30 minutes prior to closing. The girl was very rude and said they were out of bread. So I could not get a sandwich. Will not ever be returning to this location. Hollywood and Mary Esther blvd.

This place has really gone downhill since the Schaibles stopped owning it . The crew doesn’t want to be there , doesn’t smile , talk ,nothing . They’re just order takers . Maybe the boss needs to do some surprise visits between 2:30-5pm . Mishka has the worst customer service. The food is still good

I ordered phillycheesesteak with sweet tea, the sandwhich was so freaking hot for about 10 mins, they microwaved it, burns are not extremely hot , you can see the steam coming off the bun. N 2nd they had no wheat bread. So please folks stop microwaving the buns. It took about 35 mins to eat a 6 inch sandwhich due to it being steaming hot.

It’s Lenny’s. They change staff quite a bit, which can be an issue when they don’t make the sandwiches the same way every time, but it’s still good. Sometimes you’ll get the feeling like the staff doesn’t want you there. Just it ignore the urge to protest, grab your sandwich, and get out.
