Great customer service. New manager is friendly and you can tell he wants his customers happy. Had a delicious salad with a ton of chicken! I’ve had two this week and it’s been very consistent. Sandwiches have also had good amounts of meats and toppings which it seemed they used to skimp on Very pleased with this location!

Customer service is pretty good. But the consistency of the subs is non existent as well as the quality. Ordered a cheese steak ONCE. If I owned this place I would be embarrassed. Bacon burnt and in pieces. Asked for extra relish and barely got any.

My husband, my 2 kids, and I went in and ordered $45 worth of food. Our 4 year old does not like subs so I walked down to Little Ceasars and grabbed her a pizza. As soon as I sat the pizza on the table we were told she can’t eat that in here. Our food hadn’t even come out yet so we asked for a refund and left. Never have had a place tell us we couldn’t bring something else in for our kid. Not like this is a fancy restaurant. Will never return to a lennys sub shop due to this.

I enjoy this restaurant. I’ve only ever tried the Philly Cheesesteak. It is so cheesy and delicious. My only complaint is that they don’t have grilled mushrooms here to add to sandwiches. A Philly with peppers, onions, and mushrooms is even better.

On the website, Curbside is offered as a choice. I chose the option and placed my order to be picked up 2 hours later. I arrived, notified the store through my email confirmation that I was outside. The response said, which I am sure is a universal response, that order would be out shortly. I waited about 10 minutes, an no order. I notified the store again and waited for another 5-7 minutes. So I called into store and was told my order was not ready and it would be a while because they are busy. So I said never mind, because I ordered this 2 hours ago and even gave them 10 extra minutes. I asked for refund and was given to someone that I guess was a manger of some sort. She proceeded to tell me that she was working on it and she would bring it out to me however; curbside is not longer an option at that store. I said well it was and option on the website. So she brings what I thought was my complete order which was a 7 1/2 chicken salad on wheat and two red velvet cookies(simple). She says we don’t have any cookies and I can’t refund your money for the cookies. But what I can do is put your name up in the store and you can get them at a later date. My question is, why can’t I get a refund, no response, silence. I will never go back to that store. Although she was pleasant, her response was ridiculous! I couldn’t get the product nor my money back. So I was charged for something that I never received! Not a good first impression at all!

The dining area is filthy, literally. No ice in the soda machine, 4 employees working, 2 customers total and no one is behind the counter nor are they cleaning. I doubt it has been cleaned in several months.

Be sure to check your sandwich BEFORE you leave if you’re ordering take out. Also don’t bother paying extra for toppings bc they wont put any on it all together.
