Very decent sub sandwich place. They have warm and hot sandwiches. The Philly wasn’t earth shattering but did have a soft bun and good flavor. My wife’s sandwich was piled high with meat and toppings. Too bad they aren’t in Texas.

Manager was rude to me and my partner about us parking our armored truck in front of the store. Would’ve moved the truck if we had been asked nicely. Instead we left and refused to eat there. As a long time Lenny’s customer I’ve never felt more disrespected in my life. I normally don’t write reviews but this felt racially charged.

My wife and I are very loyal Lenny’s customers and have been for many years. We often order from this location because the food and service is always spot on. Today was a VERY different experience. We walk in to order and is seems like we just entered a funeral wake. The staff seemed to have a look of mourning on all their faces. We were not greeted by one single person working in the restaurant, making us feel as if we were an inconvenience.

This is the absolute worst Lenny’s in the state of Tennessee. I order a chicken Philly an was told I wasn’t allowed to put mixed greens on my sandwich once arrived. The owner of this location was here at the time an was very rude to his employees, yelling from the back of the kitchen “ HURRY UP” I will never spend my money here again!‼️ This isn’t the sandwich I ordered

I went to Lenny’s on highway 64 in Lakeland this afternoon to get our dinner after I got off work I walked in and ordered one giant meatball Sandwich no swiss on it then I went to the next sandwich I need another meatball sandwich no bread The cashier turned around and asked the manager how do I ring up the meatball sandwich with no bread the manager turned around and said we don’t do sandwiches without bread we are a Sandwich shop and I said that I’m diabetic in bread is not good for me and I prefer not to have the bread Well if you order here you’re gonna get it on bread. The manager was just defiant and disrespectful to the customer and no regards to any medical conditions and I think that’s horrible in someone if you want your food a certain way you should be able to get your food that way I mean look at it this way they would have made more money on that sandwich because they save that big giant piece of bread that they’re probably charging $5 for if not more.
