We walked in to seeing your two employees looking at us eating In food prep area. Chewing with his mouth open and then sucking on his soda. We didn’t order food and walked out. It was disgusting to the see the disregard for food safety. They could have easily been eating at a table if on break. The girl taking orders was not involved. This was about 5 pm on 8-11-23.

Sad. I got the 11″ Philly Cheessteak. Taste was not good. About half the ingredients you would expect on a Philly. Roll was cold, but they have doubled the price to make up for it. My one and only visit.

I came in Wednesday night, right before they closed, and was a bit nervous because some places are really rude to you when you come in before close. There were two girls working at the front, but they were so nice! The brown haired girl was working hard from what I could tell, and Chloe(i think that was her name but I could be wrong) took my order and gave me my food etc.. She cracked a few jokes while we waited and even gave me a flower! She was so so sweet! It literally made my night I wish more places were that kind, the customer service here was just amazing, and so are the Philly cheese stakes!

The space itself was a little disappointing. Not inviting, at all, and very small. I was just picking up an order, so that was fine. The lady taking my order was a bit smug. Being in Hernando, I expected it to be a little nicer. There was a little girl there visiting with another adult that was talking to the lady taking my order, and she kept running back behind the counter playing. I thought that was ‘unsanitary’. Not sure if food is out in the open back there or not. The sub I got was not as good as I remember having from Lenny’s years ago. Probably won’t be back.

A chain spot that’s obviously owned and operated by a local individual! Well maintained well cleaned and the staff was very personable. This place is definitely at five star if you were in the neighborhood in the in the mood for a great sub! My favorite sub always is a roast beef add bacon

I could have sworn the large sammich size used to be 15″, not 10″! ………anyways, I got the chicken Philly and added lettuce and jalapeños. It was tasty, id give it a 8.4. However, I wish it had more meat, but it wasn’t horrible. My girl got the turkey sammich and her meat portion was nooice. We both got chips, and I got us a white chocolate macadamia nut cookie 2 share. There were lots of people there and a rude man stole our booth, but we got a table thankfully….Overall it was a 3.79 out of 5.
