I ordered the Chicken Philly salad. I asked for mixed greens and iceberg which was mistake #1. The chicken was bland, absolutely no flavor, the green bell peppers that I asked for must have gotten lost in the kitchen because the amount that was on the salad wasn’t enough to fill up a roach. The experience was a total failure. I was really looking forward to a scrumptious salad, but that’s not what I received. The unsweetened tea was the best part if the meal. I will most certainly not return. I wasted $10.89. Unsatisfied customer. ☹️ . The worker was nice and the restaurant looked clean.

My bread was at minimum 5 days old and obviously, not stored properly. My bread crumbled immediately upon unwrapping and this was not due to overcooking, my bread was stale and hard! Unacceptable

Just left here went December 29. The cashier is rude! Her name was relle or something like that. I understand having a bad day but omg. I told her I wanted a Philly WITH onions, cheese, and mayo. She rung it up with no onions. I noticed it on my receipt and asked her was the onions going to be on my sandwich she said “nooooo” and I repeated to her what I ordered she scratched her sighed loudly and stomped off without saying a word went to back complaining to the girl who made my sandwich. Then when I got my sandwich there was no mayo barley any cheese dry my meat was cold somehow even though she just cooked it. Some of the meat was burnt, and tasted old. Like omg it was bad. Makes me not want to come again im paying $10 for just a sandwich to be treated like that and then get nasty food?

Had a mix up with where my mom ordered her food, olive branch, and the location I went to pick it up from, collierville. Collierville closes an hour earlier than olive branch so when I got to the wrong locaton, they were closed anyways. The next afternoon I went to the correct location, olive branch, told the manager what had happened and with no questions asked remade my mom’s order for her.

No “Nothing”
What bothers the most is; the cook preparing a above decent Philly Cheesesteak, but, doesn’t take the time to toast the bread. It is a good quality meat and cheese wrapped in a Walmart quality bun. If I were to own the place , this would be the first thing I would do. Or, just pay a visit to a (chain) Philly Connection and taste the difference that a good bread makes

Terrible I came to Lenny’s 10/26/2022 around 3:45 to pick up my order . Me and my husband order 2 Philly cheesesteak sandwiches with everything amongst us picking up the order we got in the truck to make sure everything was correct. The sandwich was cold meat was cold they had so much lettuce on the sandwich meat tasted old and uncooked I will never spend my again at this place . I am very disappointed
