I had the worst experience ever, from service to how the the situation was handled. I had a piece of hair in my food when I returned the order after eating most of it I asked for a manager , the girl at the front counter told me that she was the manager I knew that was a lie so I asked for another manager. The manager came up and told me that it was my hair, my hair is curly and dark brown this hair was light brown and straight, the back was nasty and the manager was very rude. I let her know that I was going to call corporate, she said “ you can call them nothing is going to happen” she then stated that they were franchise. All I really wanted was an apology but instead I got disrespect. I will never patronize Leo’s again. It don’t even deserve 1 star. Location Hall road near heydenreich

Went in to Leo’s today for lunch and ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, it was not appealing in any way shape or form. The chicken is literally what you buy at Kroger and the cheapest kind at that. It was disgusting. The reason I’m giving it 3 stars is because they replaced it with a cheeseburger and it was really good. It had a nice flame broiled char to it and was steaming hot. The service was also very good and the waitress was very kind and apologetic about the chicken sandwich. So all and all its a decent place just stay away from the chicken.

I Love their food and the staff are very nice people. Their coney’s are good and so are their burgers. The only thing about the burgers is you have to ask for any condiments you want because they serve it without any. The restaurant has been clean every time I’ve been there, the food is always hot and fresh.

I specifically asked to make sure I got dressing in my bag through the drive-through and she said yes, I started to look in a bag which to see but trusted that she wouldn’t tell me that without being sure. Untill I got home and had no dressing for my salad. Can’t even eat it a waste of money.

I, purchased 10 wing dings & cheese fries… all flats. What they fell to tell me when I placed my order is that they charged $6 extra for flats! so $15.98 plus tax for 10 wing dings. So I paid $23.30 for Ten flats wings. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I also forgot to mention the fries was NOT even cooked!
