Lunchtime on a Sunday, they were very busy as expected, but I was not in a rush. The waitress was very nice and my coffee was refilled regularly. The portion size to price is fair. I’m glad to have a Coney Island closer to home now. They use 401 spray cleaner to sanitize the booths and tables, which is strongly scented. I didn’t enjoy the fragrance with my dining experience. I couldn’t smell the food at the table until we had it in to go containers for leftovers and got up to leave.

Today was the fourth and last time going. Every time I have gone in to give it another chance I have been let down. In my past trips fries were undercooked, food was cold or we do not receive our full order and when they finally bring it out we are done. Today I stopped in with my son for a quick salad while he got chicken strips and fries. The salad was full of brown lettuce and my sons fries were undercooked again. When I cashed out the girl asked how things where so I mentioned the brown lettuce and that the may want to look through it. She rolled her eyes ( yes) and did not say anything. No I am sorry, or I’ll let them know nothing but an eye roll! So we will not be back. I will travel to a further Leo’s where they care about the food and service they put out.

I meet a friend for a business meeting here. The restaurant was super clean and spacious. The food was great! I had Chicken Kabob with rice and sweet tea. The food was super yummy. The wait staff were very attention and checked on us often. I will definitely have more business meeting here and will bring my family here.

This place has their good moments, however they are few and far in between. The food is ok most of the time. But whether I order in or carry out they always forget something. Easier to fix when eating in not out. Everytime I get carryout I don’t get multiple times, including sides such as syrup, ranch, sauces etc. The staff…. well the waitresses are nice but that’s it. The rest of the staff is immature, cooks always giving the front of house staff a hard time, acting like children, never ever wearing hair nets when they have mop heads and facial hair. So overall the food is ok sometimes, always missing items, and most of the staff is a joke. Except the wait staff. They give 100%.

I used to be very pleased with my food here particularly breakfast. But the last three times I ordered breakfast it have been missing something which makes the meal disappointing. My coworkers and Iike to order breakfast allot ..but lately there have been many mistakes.. When I called today to resolve and issue, I was told I would be given a refund by one person..only to have the nasty female manager get in the phone and say.. That they would only re cook my food if brought back and not a refund. She said that customers try to get free food all the time??? (What does that have to do with me)

I ordered the hot turkey sandwich the description says fresh roasted 3 hours which would lead you to believe it was freshly cooked roast turkey but it was lunch meat fried lunch meat with whatever they pass off as gravy, it was clear n brown and tasted like a salt lick. The chicken pot pie was horrible also how can you screw up chicken veggies n pie crust with gravy. Don’t order anything except coney dogs or blt’s they haven’t figured out how to mess those up yet.
