I’ve been taking my family to Leo’s Bloomfield Township for over 20 years for their good food and good service. Not so much since the pandemic though. They have gone downhill since then. A recent trip (July 2023) has me thoroughly disgusted at how filthy everything was. Debris on the floor right next to my table the entire time I was there (straw wrapper, food, etc.), greasy menus, had to ask for silverware, etc. That stuff usually doesn’t bother me, but it seemed like they hadn’t sat down and cleaned the menus for quite a while, and there’s no excuse for NOT giving a bus person the assignment ti go through the dining room with a broom and a dustpan every 10-15 minutes to pick up debris. The one working that day STEPPED OVER the debris several times. Leo’s wasn’t nearly as busy as they usually are. They need to step up their game quickly if they are gonna stay in business, which I sincerely hope they do, because I would like to keep patronizing them, but won’t in their current state.

This place was THE go to when I was in school. Since then all the locations have been sold individually and the quality of service has decreased markedly. They can’t get a carry out order right to save their lives. Every single time something is made incorrectly or missing. Check every item before you leave.

Waitress was nice but believe she forgot the order since two tables who came in well after got more complicated orders before ours. Fries came out late and were cold and stale. Realize that good help is hard to find but will not return. Looks like they are doing quite well otherwise and probably don’t need my business.

Avbsolute filth. Tried to eat here 3 times. The wait staff was rude, I asked for egg whites they brought regular eggs and refused to remake them. Their menus are filthy and so are the tables I will never be back

My 92 year old grandmother and I have been going to this Leo’s regularly for years. This time, our server was rude, short, and impatient with my Nana who has dementia. She needs a little extra attention when ordering and our server had her hand on her hip, eyes rolling, mean energy towards her. Walking away before my Nana was finished speaking. Our server was 35 acting like a hormonal teenager. Mind you, she only had a single other party of one person at the table so it’s not like she didn’t have the time. It was 3:30 in the afternoon on a Tuesday.

I called in and ordered a spinach’s and cheese omelette and breakfast special. Apparently the omelette auto comes with tom and inions which I’ve never heard of, yet still should have been told. And it has a bunch of eggshells in it. The hash browns were barely cooked. I called them and was told I could bring the food back and get a new order. Considering after biting into the shells and the hash browns inedible, i through it out. You would think their customer service would be a bit more accommodating, esp when people don’t often have time to return. I have never left a review before, but am very disappointed.
