Worst service I have ever seen. Most of the food was warm. Thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt and decide to try desert, which was a hot fudge sundae (see picture). It took 45 minutes to get a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a 1 scoop strawberrie sundae, a piece of baklava , and my hot fudge sunday. Instead of coming out in parfe dishes, they came out in soup bowls. Mine with very little amount of hot fudge, which was actually just barely warm fudge. Go to another Leo’s Coney. This one is run by children with NO understanding of what service means.

Ever eat a tortilla chip out of an unsealed bag, and had to CHEW it? Gross. Wanted nachos, and that’s what I got. Staff wanted nothing to do with it. Rubber chips, awesome. Manager/owner should be disgusted, and watch bar rescue. Bummer.
