This Leo’s is bad. Service is lame. No enthusiasm at all. Our waitress barley helped us. Brought my family one round of drinks and had to ask for another. Pop has little to no carbonation. Just a very awkward experience. Go to another one of the 100 Leo’s around.

I ordered a carry out for 2 chicken kabobs. Everything looked good even though they forgot to give a taziki. When I took my first bite of the chicken it was so incredibly spicy. By the time I was done with my second bite my tongue was burning and numb due to the heat. I didn’t even have my son eat his kabob order because I was afraid he might have an asthma due to the spiciness. I called Leo’s and explained the situation. She asked the cook and he stayed it was probably spicy due to the fact that they had just put the marinade on the chicken today and it usually has to sit for 24 to 48 hours. I asked the person on the phone if I could have a refund to put my name down and she stated I’d have to drive back and show them the chicken. I explain that I lived 15 minutes away so round trip that would be a half hour that would mean I’m spending close to an hour and just drive time going there. She stated tough luck that’s all we can do. I explained this would be my last time going there and I frequent it at least twice a week and it didn’t even not even seem to bother her that I would stop doing business there.

I would not suggest ordering from here . We consistently have errors in our orders, and every single time we place an order there is always an item or two missing. Tonight, Felica verified that my order was in fact, correct only for me to come home and realized two items were missing. When I called to inquire on the missing items, she got extremely rude and defensive, and accused me of lying about the items. Not only would she not offer any sort of refund, she also would not allow me to speak to anyone else to assist in making this right.

I came here a week ago with my fiancé, his son and my friend and her kids. I’m not one to complain, but the chicken tenders I had ordered came out cold, & their soup was cold. I work in the food industry & I know that chicken tenders were not at the right temperature & service was horrible but glad to get the tenders refunded.

For a simple coney not bad. I prefer Olga’s but leo’s are plentiful on every corner seemingly. Good food + good price I’ll keep coming back. Spinach pie FTW or chicken finger pita if you have a hankering for something not healthyish
