OMG i bought 2 loaded fries and onion rings (did not eat taco yet) whomever that young girl was. She did a excellent job. The loaded fries were dreamy. (waited 5 months to treat myself and son.) Perfect crispiness and bacon and cheese. I would of ate them all but know my limit. Thank You young lady for delicious food!!! Karen Update: Sadly went back again yesterday, asked for the same thing, crispy fries and onion rings and got a soggy, greasy mess. I assume the white stuff (hoping)is bacon fat YUK! also they need to put the sour cream containers which they have touched, in a separate bag not on the fries. I’m disappointed here. They also should wear gloves!

Hate to say anything and maybe it was an off night but love pizza of all kinds. Tried here for the first time. Not good :(. No sauce. Very salty. Tasted like a frozen pizza. We only ate 3 pieces and didn’t even wrap the rest for left overs. Have never done that as I hate wasting food. French fries were perfect though.

I have gone to this restaurant many times and it’s typically a fine experience. Wait staff are very nice and food is good. However, I had a very poor experience with a manager, after I had been charged twice on a split bill with my companion. I understand that mistakes happenen, especially on a busy Friday night, but the response from this manager was incredibly rude. She said that this mistake was “not frustrating for her” and asked me why the waitress didn’t charge both cards that has been given to her. I’m not sure why she was asking me these questions and not the waitress. Also, she told me that it was my responsibility to reach out to the person who’s card was supposed to be charged and have them come to the restaurant to pay their half. Never once did this manager acknowledge their mistake and apologize. Instead, she was just rude and condescending. Shameful!

To start both pizzas look good but the cheese pizza sauce was real sweet and the cheese didn’t have no pool to it if you like sweet sauce this will be the pizza right for you I give the cheese pizza a 5.2 out of 10 Luna’s. The pepperoni pizza, the pepperoni were nice and spicy but then again the sauce was a little too sweet for my taste I’ll give this pizza a 5.7 out of 10 Luna’s.

A few weeks back I ordered a pizza and it was not what I ordered. I called and was treated very rudely. They finally gave me a $5.00 credit for my next order. The next order was ok. I called tonight for the special and was told it would be here within the hour. I had to call back 90 min later and was told they were making a new one. A delivery came that was cold. I called back to talk to a manager who said that my pizza was in the oven. The guy must have grabbed the old one. Again very very rude staff!! It seems the food has gone downhill as well!!

I just came in and got 2 smalls & breadsticks with cheese. The appearance of the food was outstanding! Perfect amount of cheese and sauce on each pizza. The wait wasn’t long at all. Customer service was amazing. The two girls there were very friendly.

Leos has seriously gone downhill with the staff hires at all locations its an absolute joke ! Leos was the best pizza , such poor customer service , raw dough every time! A bunch of little kids trying to play kitchen and messing it up every single time I order! Sick of wasting money on garbage food and service! So sad
